The three-bedroom house is modern and bright, boasting airy open-plan living spaces, three bedrooms, an enclosed Fen Shui courtyard and swimming pool and a rooftop terrace with gorgeous ocean and mountain views.
The Space:
The house is designed in a unique H-shaped configuration, with sea-facing living spaces and mountain-facing bedrooms, separated by a sheltered garden courtyard with neat splash pool.
The house is entered from Houghton Road into bright, open plan living spaces, including a fully-equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, contemporary lounge and dining space and private balcony.
The kitchen has a double fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher while the lounge and dining areas are decorated in natural materials and tones with a six-seater dining table and large comfortable couches.
American shutters cool interior spaces and provide an added level of security while houseâs living spaces flow out onto a private balcony with beautiful ocean views.
The houseâs bedrooms are spacious and light with king, and double beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers and baths and beautiful views.
The master bedroom is a study in beach-house chic, with a king-sized bed dressed in crisp linens, a vast en-suite bathroom with oval soaking tub and double rain shower and enjoys access to the rooftop terrace and air-conditioning.
The other two bedrooms have double beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers and lovely mountain views through high skylights.
A protected rooftop terrace can be accessed from the second floor, which boasts spectacular panoramic views, built-in gas BBQ, ample comfy seating and outdoor dining for eight under a gorgeous pergola.
The inner courtyard has a beautiful Fen Shui garden and small corner splash pool, which can be accessed from all areas of the house.
Montanha Villa offers private off-street parking for 2 cars in a double garage. Bakoven is a quiet, exclusive suburb at the end of Camps Bay, where there are an array of excellent restaurants, cafés, and bars.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
