L'unité vient avec les comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine, les salles de bains de maître et d'invité, la tuile nouvelle de regard de bois partout, les traitements de fenêtre partout, les douches carrelées de walk-in dans les deux salles de bains. télévision à écran plat dans le salon et les deux chambres.

Voulez-vous des vacances de toute une vie au paradis? N'aimeriez-vous pas passer du bon temps dans ce magnifique front de mer, loin de chez vous? ENSEMBLE GRATUIT DE CHAISES DE PLAGE (deux chaises avec un parasol) pour votre plaisir du 15 mars au 15 octobre.
Cette unité est située au Watercrest Condominium Resort situé sur Thomas Drive. Il a une grande enveloppe autour de balcon avec une vue splendide sur le golfe, où vous pouvez regarder des bancs de dauphins ou tout simplement vous asseoir et profiter de la marée aller et venir sur les belles plages de sable blanc de sucre.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec une salle de bain privée et partage également l'enrouler autour de balcon. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits queen-size avec un balcon privé donnant sur les palets et des courts de tennis avec une grande salle de bain attenante. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et meublée avec des armoires de cerisier.

Nous faisons un effort supplémentaire pour être sûr que notre unité est propre et bien équipée. Nous voulons que vous veniez revenir année après année. Nos clients sont les plus importants pour nous, nous sommes dépendants de vous. Association spécifie pas les célibataires de moins de 25 ans sont autorisés à louer ce condo. AUCUNE EXCEPTION. We have stayed at the Watercrest several times over the years and this was our favorite condo we have stayed in. The balcony is great and offers so much extra room. The amenities were great and this was one of the best stocked places we have stayed for kitchen items. Would highly recommend for families and will be looking to stay here again in the future.

Best Condo at PCB!

Overall 5 star experience. Cleanest, coziest, and most stocked condo I’ve ever stayed at PCB and my family visits every year. Connie was great. Love the Thomas Drive area. Would definitely stay again!!!!

Wonderful Stay

This condo is absolutely wonderful. We love the location. We have stayed here many times in the past. It is always VERY clean and well stocked. The balcony that wraps around the side of the building is very nice. The owner is always very pleasant. We enjoy visiting year after year.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing Views!

We have stayed in this condo before and there is a reason for that. The condo unit is very nice, up to date and has great amenities. Also Connie is wonderful to deal with. We look forward to staying again in this condo.

Relaxing Week

We had a greet time at this amazing property ! It was spotless! Everything was perfect! Beautiful balcony view with good seating and plenty of room. We opted to cook in most nights and had all the pots pans dishes etc we could need! Loved the beds-everyone in our family said they slept great! They were so comfortable! Also loved using the closer elevator to our unit that was for floor 1-6! We have stayed at Watercrest before and was on much higher floor and spent a lot of time waiting on elevator ect -but not once did we have to this stay! Great property and very well maintained! We loved it! Thanks for a great family vacation !

Away From Crowds

Nice, updated unit. Even during a busy week the beach didn’t feel too crowded. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Beautiful home with beach views.

We loved the colors & decor of your condo. The wrap around deck was perfect for relaxing with the view of the beach & ocean along with sounds of the waves. We would love to rent it again but would hope the bed (mattress) were improved.

This condo was very clean and looks just like the picture listed. We loved our stay here.

The condo was perfect. The location was great. There are not as many condos in this area so it was less crowded. I will be staying here again. The owner was easy to access when I had a question on something. I give it 5 stars.

One of the most amazing and well kept condos weve ever stayed at!!

Absolutely loved our stay at the condo. One of the prettiest and cleanest condos weve stayed at. Loved all the windows in the living room over looking the ocean and just a short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay in again. Owners was very friendly and great people to talk too and take alot of pride in there condo. Condo was just as described if not even better when we got there. High recommend!

Robison family vacation- Kennedy, AL

Water crest 601 has been our home away from home every summer but 1 for the last 9 years. We absolutely love this unit. Very spacious, great view, quiet and family oriented. Can not speak enough good words to describe this unit. Hope to continue to be able to call it our home each summer for many more to come.

Gorgeous view and spectacular unit!

This condo is exactly as described in the listing and pictures. We loved the wrap around porch and all the upgrades inside. An added benefit is that there are main elevators for the entire building, but also one nearer this unit's end of the building for only the first 6 floors. That meant we never had to wait long for an elevator or share it with others! Extra perk!

Very cozy unit

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The layout was great, the furniture was comfortable (the beds were heaven!), and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. There are always pros and cons at a location, mostly due to personal preference, so these might not matter to you, but I wanted to point them out nonetheless: Pros: -4 elevators at your disposal -Very comfortable beds -Kids room wasn't in the front, close to a walkway (this setup made me less anxious, as most condos have the guest room by the door with a window next to the walkway.) -Property was well-tended and security was present and interacted with guests -Free chairs were a blessing (make sure to reserve as soon as you get there to get a front row spot. Caleb was a delight.) -Condo maintained it's temp (I know they're sometimes hard to keep cool) and the sliding doors were awesome. Heavy, but they slid easily. -Updated bathrooms -The pool was a cool temp...we were shocked. It was very refreshing without being cold. Cons: -Master bath was smaller and harder to use (you had to squeeze behind toilet to close the door and get in the shower). But the guest bath was really big, so we almost exclusively used that one. It had plenty of room for the four of us. -Mesh on the railings blocked the beautiful views of the water when seated. -Because of the location of the patio, you don't get a view to the right (you look in a neighbors window), which means you also don't get the breeze of being in the front. -There is also an open field to the left, which provided some entertainment if you were on the patio early enough to watch. -Bar down the street had a live band a few nights of the week, which was actually nice to listen to (you COULDN'T hear it inside...) but there was a guy who rode his motorcycle back and forth popping wheelies and making a lot of noise, which ruined the quiet vibe. -The elevator closest to the condo was super scary...I refused to go in a second time. It was literally banging off the walls at each floor. The security guard told us he'd rescued somebody from it earlier that day. Luckily there were other options. My husband said they fixed it. This is a really lovely place, and if you don't spend a lot of time on the patio like we do, this is a great choice for a family. Some of these things are outside of the control of the owners, I know. Connie was very helpful and responsive.

Experienced some issues

Room was late getting ready. Elevators were sketchy as far as working while we were there. Parking was quite tight and limited especially late at night when we returned home. On a positive note the master shower was clogged and was repaired as soon as it was reported to maintenance.

Smaller property with less crowds

This was our 2nd stay at the Watercrest. We enjoy being on a smaller property with less crowds. The pool and beach are easily accessible and my favorite place, St Andrew’s state park is just a few minutes away. We enjoyed the large kitchen and wrap around balcony. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out.

Another wonderful stay...

We love this condo. Not only is the location more peaceful it is a short distance to some of our favorite restaurants closer to the marina. I always appreciate how clean this unit is! One of the things we like most is the large side wrap balcony. This unit is nextdoor to public beach parking area so no condo is directly next to obscure your view. Connie is very responsive and such a pleasure to work with.

This condo was wonderful! There was only one thing that I wish had been better during our stay & that had zero to do with the condo, but the buildings elevator on our side was a bit sketchy and small. It made sounds that made us feel u sure we’d reach our destination, but it always worked. Now re: this condo (601) - BEAUTIFUL! Beautifully decorated, much prettier than the pics. Fully stocked kitchen with more than you could ever need. Convenient washer/dryer duo just off the kitchen. The beds were sent from Heaven! Extra pillows in the closets, even fans for people like me who need the noise. Would highly recommend! 24hr security, who actually like their jobs. Owners/renters/employees were all very kind. Communication with Connie was fabulous! I’m someone with very high expectations & this stay exceeded them in every possible way. Hope to return!!

Perfect Location

This 6th story condo was the near perfect location in PCB. The condo was just as described in the VRBO photos and entry/re-entry was very reliable and straightforward. This condo would sleep three couples comfortably for a couple weeks if needed. Owner also messages you back almost immediately. I would definitely stay again if coming back to PCB.
