The Village of Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just a short drive to Bethany Beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including the Village Pavilion (with indoor pool , outdoor pool and kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multisport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family vacation

Over all nice place. But the pictures we looked while booking should two couches and a chair in living room. There was only one couch and two small chairs . And the place was not cleaned when we showed up but they showed up quickly and cleaned it .

58 Tulip Poplar Trn. Review

The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. I wouldn't be surprised if Hollywood films a movie on this block! The view of trees, grass, and stars from the back porch was amazing (I'm from the city so I never get to see these types of things). The house was very nice and the furniture was comfortable but a little worn. Some of the lights did not work and we had a difficult time with the Wi-Fi and fireplace. However, it was the perfect place for us while in town for business. I would rent this house again if they fix the WiFi.

Beach Getaway Review: Room for ImprovementOur family recently stayed at this beach getaway, and while the home was very similar to the photos online, which was reassuring, we found it wasn't quite as close to the beach as we had hoped for.Several issues impacted our comfort. The beds were notably uncomfortable; we'd strongly recommend mattress toppers for future guests to improve the sleeping experience. Additionally, we couldn't locate basic cleaning supplies like a broom, which made it difficult to keep the place tidy during our stay.A major concern was the air quality, particularly in the upstairs bedrooms. It was quite uncomfortable, making sleeping difficult for those staying in those rooms. Finally, the TV in the family room wasn't working properly. While I reported the issue, there was no resolution before our departure.Overall, while the home's appearance matched its online listing, the slightly further distance from the beach than expected, combined with the comfort issues with the beds, poor upstairs air quality, and the non-functional TV, detracted from our experience. Disappointed

It is a nice house, located in a beautiful residential area, but needs a lot of maintenance! First floor smell moldy. Master bedroom bathroom and wardrobe was moldy. There were ants in the master bedroom carpet. Shower’s cabin door was broken. Laundry room and garage smelled moldy too. Oven was super dirty. Backyard patio and deck were moldy or rusty, including the grill. We couldn’t use any of them. Mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. The price we paid for one week vacay in this house was not worth it for the level of comfort we received. Definitely not coming back unless the house is properly maintained and upgraded.

Comfortable Townhouse near Bethany Beach

This is a nice comfortable townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. The 4 star rating is because the pool is 1.3 miles from the unit (and they charge $50 pp whether you want to use the facilities the whole week or one day) and while we were there the 2 upstairs bedrooms were unusable because there were literally thousands of small ants all over the rugs and walls. After 2 days of spraying Raid ant killer we were able to use the 2 bedrooms the rest of the week.
