Great community, enjoyed the pool. Dishes were not clean and kitchen supplies could use some improvement but beds were comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable & Convenient Stay in Kitty Hawk

The house was both comfortable and well equipped. It was also very clean. The location was near the Wright Brothers Monument, which was a great visit. It also was near shopping and restaurants. The humvee beach ride to see the wild horses was the highlight of our trip, but there are plenty of great sites to visit up and down the Outer Banks.

Quiet neighborhood. Good location. Living room furniture not very comfortable for our group. Instruction for operating the TV was inaccurate. Outsde furniture was good and a great place to enjoy coffee or your favorite drink

Perfect beach getaway

Quant little condo. Great beachy decor. Beds comfy. Kitchen pretty well appointed. Great location. Downstairs unit, so you hear some noises from upstairs but great community. Love the outside patio area. Grill needs to be updated. Vacasa needs to do better checking of the units before renting. Water heater off, last guests undies in dryer, dishes never put away, bags left under bed. Would definitely stay again even with the little bobbles.

Great place for a single family vacation

I loved the location. Very easy to get around from here. Close to Wal Mary, plenty of places to eat and near a great spot for beach access. I stayed with my 2 kids and it's a perfect spot to stay when you are coming with just you and your family. I'd stay here again in a second.

Great getaway

We came in the spring time and had a lovely stay with our family of 3. The location is close to everything and a short drive to the beach (could probably walk except would have to cross a busy road). The layout of the place was really spacious and the decorations were lovely and added to the vacation vibe.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect getaway We loved coming back to this adorable, quiet complex to relax after a long day exploring the outer banks! I am giving 4/5 stars due to a couple of little things, but overall we had an amazing experience. We were traveling with our almost one year old and we kept finding sharp little bristles in the shag carpet. I stepped on two personally and it was painful. In addition, we had a difficult time giving our child a bath because the drains in both tub did not hold the water in. There were also some birds chirping in the chimney/fireplace. Other than that, everything was clean and comfortable !

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, leider gab es ein paar Dinge die nicht funktionierten. Der Fan im Wohnzimmer, dazu war die Klimaanlage der Nachbarwohnung sehr laut , was wir dann bei uns im Schlafzimmer gehört haben und uns sehr gestört hat. Und oft sind Hunde mit ihren Besitzern an unserem Schlafzimmer Fenster spazieren gegangen.

Anniversary Trip

We go away every year for the first week of August to celebrate our anniversary. This condo was perfect for us. We loved the location. We had easy beach access in Kitty Hawk. The pool is huge. The AC really blasts. There are tons of great restaurants close by. Like others have said, our only suggestion would be to put a tv in the second bedroom. My kids were disappointed by that. But we had a wonderful time regardless.

More than did the job!

This our family's fiest time down in this area. In fact this was the furthest south we have traveld for vacation. It was great. Great location and distance from the beach (2 min drive) AC worked amazing :) . The only thing I suggest: I had two teenagers and one bedroom did not have a tv . So i brought a projector and two extra Roku's.

Very private place

This place was clean, quiet, and very private. Also very close to so many restaurants and fun things to do. We would love to stay here again! Side note: there were noisy bats in the chimney you could hear while in the living room but not the bedrooms.
