Recently remodeled three bedroom, two bathroom house near downtown Flagstaff. The tranquility of the surrounding forest and trails will welcome you upon check in. Enjoy the views and proximity to all Flagstaff has to offer! Snowbowl ski resort is not far away and the famous Flagstaff Urban Trail System is just down the street. The house is less than 2 miles from the historic downtown district and all the best restaurants. Unwind from your adventures by closing the black out curtains and falling asleep in the comfy king beds with premium Tuft and Needle Mint mattresses.

Nicely Furnished, close to restaurants

The place has most everything you need. The furnishings are fairly comfortable and sufficient. It is located in a quiet neighborhood in town.

Perfect Getaway

We booked this place for the holiday weekend. What a perfect central location with plenty of parking in the driveway. It's close to Downtown, Buffalo Park, and the Lowell Observatory. The home was clean, recently remodeled and very kid friendly. The beds were incredibly comfortable with ultra soft premium sheets, pillows and duvets. Place has great WiFi, each bedroom had it's own TV, and kitchen was stocked with all the items you may need. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice Get Away

We are from Arizona but we wanted to have a little Christmas in the snow and that exactly what we got. This was a little older Gem tucked away in a small quiet neighborhood. You can tell this was update a little while ago and the beds were lovely. It had everything we needed and TVs in the rooms. But we didn’t spend to much time here as we were playing in the snow. The outside yards were big enough to play in and the backyard view was great! My son loves trains and was able to see them passing by each day. But don’t worry, we could BARELY hear them. I didn’t even realize we were super close until day 2. That’s how quiet they were. The owner was absolutely amazing and responsive. I would absolutely stay again.

Group ski trip

A group of 7 of us stayed for a weekend of skiing. The first night we stayed in and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a large meal. The living room & kitchen were large enough for us to all socialize comfortably. Our host had a great breakfast suggestion. It was a short 7 minute drive to the center of downtown Flagstaff. We were only about 30 minutes to snowbowl. Overall it was very comfortable, suited our group well, and the host was very communicative!

Clean, great location

This property was perfect for our family of 5 and silver lab. The house was very nice and clean inside. The owner Todd was very communicative. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in Flagstaff.

Great Home for Family

This house was very comfortable and perfect for a family vacation. It is conveniently located to Downtown Flagstaff as well as the freeway to easily explore Northern AZ. Todd was an amazing owner and was very easy to get a hold of, but also checked in off and on to make sure all was well with our stay. We would recommend this home for a family's visit to Flagstaff. Thank you again for your hospitality Todd!

Good location to downtown

Property is near train tracks but the home is well insulated so it's not really noticable. Close to downtown. Interior is very nice and worked well with my family. Owner was very responsive and resolved an issue.

I was introduced to Flagstaff back in the 90s when I moved out here from the midwest and immediately feel in love with all that Flagstaff and Arizona had to offer. I am happy to share my place with you and the town that I love so much.

Centrally located and close to downtown. Flagstaff Urban Trail System is a few minutes walk, right down the street, and open land with wildlife is right behind the huge lot with lots of parking.
