The condo was nice. Plenty of room. The bedrooms could use some furniture updating. For the rental price and the price of labor in Mexico, daily housekeeping should have been included. Our friends that rented a unit at the same place for a bit lower price point, had daily housekeeping, and upon arrival, in the condo, chips, guacamole and salsa was provided. Easy gesture and cost effective.

Thank you for your suggestions, the price of labor in Mexico is comparable to the U.S. not any cheaper. I know the units you are comparing us to and they are run by a management company, we break even on our cleaning fee and offer everyday cleaning for an additional price if requested. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Best location in Cabo

Highly recommend as my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach and a short walk to downtown Cabo make this the perfect location. The service at Hacienda Beach Club was superb. The property was exactly as advertised. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A must stay!

We had just the best time! Brian and Amy's are incredibly friendly hosts, communication was very easy. Their home is beautiful! It was so clean, had great views, was very spacious...truly exceeded out expectations. The staff at Hacienda was incredibly helpful and kind. The pool was gorgeous and the food was great!

Family bacationy

Property is well appointed and very well located if you want to be close to downtown Cabo. Hosts were very responsive and everyone had a great time. Only additional feedback is point out is that the 4th bedroom does not have a closet which was a bit inconvenient for the people that stayed in that room, but the overall positives way outweigh that small thing.

Beautiful condo beautiful place

We love Hacienda. The condo was so accommodating for our extended family. Very clean, amazing amenities and the Hacienda service is the best. Amy was super helpful with any questions and was fast to respond. We will absolutely be back!

Location location location

This property is ideally located for a family vacation to Cabo. The condo as well as the whole property is impeccably maintained. A short walk to the marina and downtown and always felt safe. The beach is beautiful and just steps away from 2 enormous infinity pools that have a great view. The pools became a daily meeting place to visit with my family and new friends sipping cocktails while walking around in the warm water. I am a very picky person when it comes to selecting vacation property as it is the key to a successful relaxing holiday with family. I will certainly stay in the Hoffman’s condo again when I return to Cabo. A first class trip and everyone in my family enjoyed their time there!!!

Paradise

Have been coming to the Hacienda for eight years now and have stayed in various units. Mostly three bedroom. This time we needed a four bedroom and we couldn’t have been happier with this unit. It really is the most beautiful view of the bay. Woke up every morning and watched the sunrise coffee in hand. Our family and two little ones were able to live under one roof for a week and it was wonderful due to the spacious rooms and lovely wrap around balcony. Thank you, Amy. We will be back next year!!

Family vacation in paradise

This was our third time to Hacienda Beach Club and it continues to be a first class resort with exceptional service, scenery, food and drinks and upkeep. Its location is ideal with a private beach and walking distance to the marina, downtown and plenty of great restaurants. We had a catered dinner one night and the chefs provided by the Hacienda, Max and Hugo, cooked a delicious and memorable meal. I would highly recommend this experience and Max and Hugo. We traveled with our family this trip which included four other adults and our four and half year old grandson and everybody loved it and they can't wait to return. Our four bedroom unit was just what we needed. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and it was hard to leave the spacious balcony with its iconic views. Amy, our host, was very responsive and we would not hesitate to stay at her place again.

Perfect!

This unit and resort are nothing short of perfection! Relaxation mode is set when you enter the resort and take in the view from the check-in lobby. The unit is beautiful and impressive from the moment that you set foot in the door. The view is amazing. The unit itself is decorated beautifully with the comforts of an upscale home. We love that the doors open completely for open air. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It is convenient to walk to many restaurants in the area. Grocery delivery was an added perk. We were in Cabo for our daughter's wedding. It was an impressive gathering place. It was easy to communicate with Amy with quick responses. We would definetly stay here again!

Great Resort

Hacienda is a very nice, high end resort located on the only swimmable beach in Cabo. The location is great too. You can walk to the marina, downtown, and grocery store. The staff are incredibly attentive and will help you with any reservations, excursions, groceries, etc. We have stayed at Hacienda several times and this trip was good as any. The view from the condo was great with clear views of the ocean. There are four bedrooms three with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom had two queen beds and a dresser. This 4th bedroom had no closet and no direct access to a bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath near the 4th bedroom (toilet and sink only). The unit is advertised as 10 person maximum. Because there was not a 4th shower in the unit I'd say it was a bit difficult for 10 adults to share this unit comfortably. Especially when it came time to shower and get ready for the day or evening activities. This would be a great unit for 3 adult couples with some children. With all that being said we really enjoyed Hacienda and we will be back.

Authentic Mexico Vacation

The resort was beautiful. It had a very quaint and authentic Mexican vibe. The views were breathtaking and the sight lines of the entire property were very intentional. The only issue we had was that the beach team was short staffed so it was a bit laborious getting set up done the first few days and the last day they told us they opened at 9 which wasn’t true. They open at 8 everyday. The food at the pool and the restaurant was not cheap (think $35 for a margarita). We did notice that everyone at the pool seemed to bring their own Yeti or Stanley cup so they could avoid buying drinks. The concierge was very helpful with booking transportation to restaurants outside of walking distance. The condo was beautifully decorated and very roomy. We had everything we needed to be comfortable our entire stay. There were additional fans on every room and enough towels so that we never ran out. The view is very stunning too. The only issue with the room is that the first floor hacienda below has a pool, deck and hottub right below the master suite. The first two nights we had to listen to the group below us party until 2am (glass doors in the living room and bedroom don’t block out the noise at all) but after they left a group came in that didn’t stay up until all hours. This is nothing the owners have any control over. My family has traveled all over and stayed at 5 star resorts in Mexico, Jamaica and the Bahamas and we would put the Hacienda Beach right up there!
