The split bedroom layout of the condo allows for ultimate privacy: a king master suite off the living area, and a private second bedroom past the dining area, with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, an en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette. Make this warm and inviting residence your home base for your next Tahoe adventure!

Perfect location

This is the perfect spot for access to the ski resort, fitness center, and a nice area outside the backdoor for our kids to play.

Breathtaking location!

The location of this condo is virtually unbeatable! You're within a 60-second walk of: the gondola, lesson check-in, hot tubs, and the center of the village (restaurants, skating rink, groceries, etc.). Add to that a well-stocked kitchen, pleasant decor, comfortable beds, and a large bath. Our family had one of the best vacations in years!

Very nice summer stay

Everything was great except the beds were a bit uncomfortable maybe too soft to our personal liking. #101 was very convenient and easily accessible to garage and to the rest of village. Really liked that we had AC and heating as the temps fluctuated throughout the day and night. Our kids loved the rink for roller skating in summer and they had live guest performing - very nice! Northstar village was about 10 minutes to King’s Beach and 20 min to Incline Village. The trip to Sand Harbor Beach was well worth the drive!

Horrible beds

The decor felt old and pillows were very dusty! I can get over a lot of that if the beds are comfortable…these beds were terrible. The foam is too soft. Everyone in the bed just rolled together. Master bed moved easily and was creaky! Couch bed was broken and horrendous uncomfortable as well. The bunk bed was wobbly. My 6 year old was afraid to sleep in the top and no oneelse felt comfortable either.so tchnically this place sleeps 6…lots of little broken things like the top of the screen door. No blinds on the top windows in the living area so while I cooked breakfast with sunglasses I was still blinded. Kids room tv had no sound and could never figure out why One positive…kitchen had EVERYTHING. I cook and really appreciate having more than 1-2 pans and having a cheese grater and the salt and pepper and oil and a ziploc bag(didn’t need them but nice to have if we did. Love the big patio for the kids to play in the snow a little while at the room.

Great from beginning to end - will book again!

Great place, just as advertised. We’ll certainly stay here again in the future. Location: Same building as the Bourbon Pub, basically as close as you can stay to the Big Springs gondola and Village Express chair. Layout: The king primary suite is very nice and spacious. The queen-over-queen joined bunk room is essentially it’s own apartment - kitchenette, full bath with double sink and own separate entryway. The big windows are very cool for checking conditions and watching the snow - nice blinds cover to add privacy. The gas fireplace on a timer is great for warming up and drying gear. We used it a lot. The kitchen is very well outfitted. Literally has everything you could possibly need. First floor very close to gear locker (included) so you don’t have to lug gear or bother with stairs or an elevator. Process: Communication with the property manager was outstanding. Our plans changed and I sent a message asking to start our reservation a day earlier, Brooke called me within about 30 mins and was very efficient and helpful getting us what we wanted. She explained the process for getting keys - which is very well thought out and easy. On the day of checkout she called again to see if we needed any further changes or assistance. One of the best, if not the best rental experiences I’ve had. As I type this, I struggle to find a single thing I would offer as something that needs improvement. If you’re on the fence about booking this property - don’t hesitate, you will not be disappointed.

Great Property, just needs some TLC

The bottom line up front is that this is a great property. The location, the responsiveness of the property management (TEVR) and the condo itself are just what you want if you want to be close to the lift and have all the comforts of home knowing any needs will be addressed quickly. So we will say right now, we would definitely stay here again... however... The unit itself, which is apparently new to this management company could definitely use some upkeep and much better cleaning, specifically in the bathrooms. And the management company does get huge props for being very responsive and quick to address the issues we found. A little maintenance and some much better cleaning would make this an easy 5 star property!!

Awesome property

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The location is perfect and close to everything. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need for cooking and watching movies on the big screen in front of the fire was magical.
