"Admin Fee" is for a Damage protection policy to over your stay. We do not utilize VRBO Damage policies or Security deposits for new bookings after 2/1/2025.

We do have cameras on side front side and rear with cloud recording. While we do not monitor cameras at any time, we will refer to footage in the event of a problem or neighbor complaint

The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a quick bite or a holiday feast! The massive living room has a pool table and an additional living space with 2 super comfy couches to unwind! The huge desk area has seating for your entire group, a dining space as well as a HUGE unground pool that is accessible from both the living area AND master retreat!

If you are looking for a home that is a landing spot for adventure, you have found it! Minutes to everything but tucked away in the affluent Carrollwood section of Tampa!
There is no additional charge to have the pool heated. The pool is heated year round HOWEVER it is set to a MAX temp of 85 degrees. Guests ARE NOT permitted to tamper with the heater OR the wifi controls. This will cause the heater to not work at all!
Pool:
8am-10pm We are ok with you using the pool outside of these hours with the understanding that voices be kept low and NO music by the pool after quiet hours. We want you to enjoy your stay but we do need to be respectful to neighbors.

PLEASE NOTE: We do send all linens out to be laundered. When you arrive there may be a blue laundry bag on the porch. Please DO NOT bring it in. If for some reason it is there for longer than a day please let us know. The laundry for the next guest will be returned to the property within 48 hours. It will be placed in the black and yellow bin on the porch OR the garage(if applies), The laundry service will open the garage door & place the laundry inside. They will not enter the main part of the home in any way. Typically, they will be there only a minute or 2.
