L'attention au détail décrit le mieux cette troisième étage Bella Lago Condo. De quatre téléviseurs à écran plat (3 avec HD) aux lits douillets confortable (Westin Heavenly) (tous avec fil literie de comptage). Prendre le trottoir privé à magnifique Fort Myers Beach ou sauter sur le chariot et visiter le centre-ville ou de Lovers Key. Cette unité de coin a beaucoup de fenêtres et est chargé avec le soleil. Lumineuse et aérée seulement commencer à le décrire! Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison dès que vous arrivez.

Dînez dans l'utilisation de la cuisine entièrement équipée ou profiter d'une courte promenade de la place à côté pour une sélection d'établissements de restauration. Marcher, faire du vélo ou de sauter sur le chariot de visiter l'un des nombreux restaurants ou des sites de l'île a à offrir. Vous ne serez pas dépenser beaucoup d'argent sur le gaz si vous restez ici parce que vous vraiment pas besoin de votre véhicule souvent.

Hope to come back next year.

This property was excellent. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Beds and linens were great! Good night sleeps were had by all! Although we only used the pool once, the area was very nice and clean. Just 600 short steps to the beach! Restaurants and CVS are within walking distance if you don’t want to drive. Nancy and Mike were very helpful with our planning and it was good to know that we could call if we needed anything.

This condo made our vacation wonderful

I spent many hours searching for just the right condo for my husband and myself and my daughter and her two little sons to use while in Florida. After a long day of flying, we were thrilled to find that the owner had supplied sound machines and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. That meant the little ones might (hopefully) sleep a little later in the mornings. The location of the condo was wonderful. The beach was just right across the street with nice sand and some shade. The owner had supplied beach chairs, towels, sand toys for the children and an umbrella. One day, we drove to Sanibel but decided our beach was much better! We also loved that the pool was so close, actually just 75 steps from the front door of our third floor condo to the gate at the pool. If you like hot tubs, as I do, you won't be disappointed. The lanai overlooked the pool which was really nice. The trolley to downtown was just outside the complex. I like to cook and everything I needed was in the kitchen. There were lots of spices, a crockpot, cookie sheets, a variety of pots and pans, and plenty of dishes and glassware. WIth the little ones, we were grateful for the plastic glasses, too. There was even a set of Cutco knives! The entire family enjoyed eating most meals outside in the screened-in lanai. The washer and dryer came in handy but many times we could just hang our swimsuits and beach towels on the drying racks provided. We travel extensively and I can say without hesitation that this condo is an excellent value. It is beautifully located and wonderfully and comfortably furnished. I plan to rent it again and take my other daughter and her children.

Definitely would stay again

Mgr was very communicative. Property has a lot of amenities including cooking utensils, spices etc. Bed was very comfortable and shades kept bedroom dark and cool. Got a good night's sleep. Pillows were so-so. A 3 minute walk to the beach. Excellent location! Not as busy as downtown Ft. Myers Beach. Just right and great environment. Really impressed with the location and all of the amenities. The BBQ grill set up is not easy. Have to lug food and utensils back and forth from condo to downstairs next to pool. A cart would fix this problem. Again, despite the couple of small items we enjoyed our stay and are discussing our next trip! Thank you Nancy fir being thoughtful with the well stocked kitchen, fans in rooms and the white noise machine!

Best Family Vacation

We had a blast staying at Bella Lago. Nancy was super organized and provided great directions. Our place was spacious, clean and provided us easy access to everything. We fell in love with biking to Lovers Key State Park where we found unbelievable sea shells and sandbars during low tide. We also enjoyed biking Fort Meyers beach and checking out the action on Times Square. The pool at our condo is one of the best we’ve ever had on vacation; it’s spacious, pristine, quiet and has lots of comfortable seating. We’ve been vacationing at Sanibel Island the last six years and wanted to try something different this time. We are already planning for our family of 6 to return to Bella Lago next summer.

Great experience-we misunderstood the meaning of call ‘prior to’ arrival for door code. (Assumed would be changed after party checked out that am) So, we Figured that it meant once we landed-and b4 get to location. It was supposed to be B4 got to Ft. Myers. Suggested clearing that up by saying to call 12-24 hours prior to arrival time/date. But-fortunately, the contact did call us back before we arrived and we were able to get right in. It was beautiful and everything it said. Very nice vacation. Thank you

Amazing Stay!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to just relax and enjoy family time. It was clean and quiet with a wonderful pool area and just steps from the beach!

Great place

Wonderful location away from the chaos, clean and beautiful property and unit! Very secure-pool and all buildings are accessible by code only. If I have any suggestion, it would be new beach chairs. Otherwise anything you would want is available-coolers, beach toys, beach bag, lots of towels!

Great Escape

So fortunate to have discovered Bella Lago! Given how bad FMB traffic can be, the location was excellent with its close proximity to Santanini Plaza and its restaurants and shops. The unit itself was well supplied, spacious, and very comfortable. And the quickness and ease of walking to the beach was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience as first time snow birders!

Beautiful, memorable trip

This is a great spot for families. We traveled with my elderly mother in law and our 3 kids - ages 2 months, 3 and 7. Everyone had a bed (pack and play fit perfectly in the master closet). Loved the sound machines in each room. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Lots of supplies - especially appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and extra bathroom towels, extra TP, Kleenex boxes and all the appliances. And they even left laundry detergent - which has to be powder. If you are a mom like me this is important info as I brought my own stash of liquid pods down, which I didn’t end up using at all. The beach is just a short walk across the main drag - I was surprised because I thought this place was on the beach. Normally that would be a big deal, but it was so close that it wasn’t. Just know you have beautiful pool and pond views, but no beach view. There were beach toys for the kids. It’s so helpful to not have to bring all that stuff down! We did have an issue with ants in the dining, kitchen and bathroom on the first day. The property manager came the next day and problem solved. I think you can tell a lot about a place based how on they handle it when there is a problem and they handled it well. The pool was perfect - warm and the kids loved it. The hot tub and pool aren’t much different in temp. The pool gate was broken and so we got locked IN once, but then noticed everyone props the door open to prevent this. Hopefully the association fixes it soon as it is annoying. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance. And a great farmer’s market right next door too. Publix super market is 2 miles away. I was shocked how much traffic there is - plan to stay close or allow 45 min to get to the north part of the island around dinner time. My only suggestions are for new, sturdier beach chairs and umbrella. The chairs are falling apart a bit and the beach umbrella wasn’t functional. I’m sure they get a lot of wear and tear from renters, and I felt lucky we had them at all. It’s a really nice perk. The Keurig is a “2.0” and evidentially Publix and target don’t carry the pods that fit so we bought a reusable mesh pod and just used ground coffee with it. We left it for others so they don’t have that same issue! I would definitely come back and have already recommended it to friends!

Excellent stay!

The property very clean, the grounds are beautiful and the location is convenient on south end is island. The condo is very well equipped and comfortable. Beach chairs and sun umbrella need to be replaced.

Great Condo - Great Beach

Place was exactly as described. Beach access just a short walk across the street - just as good as Lover’s Key for shelling (be sure and walk left once you get to the beach). Get there early for the best selection. Hopefully we’ll get to visit again soon.

Absolutely perfect, comfortable....

We spent the week of July 1st-8th, 2018 and found the condo to be perfect for our family Staycation. The unit is fully equipped with EVERYTHING! There is a fully stocked kitchen with a large selection of dishes, pans, utensils, wine glasses, every small appliance and even spices. I brought a lot of my own kitchen items and didn't even unpack them. There are beach chairs, floats, towels and everything you need to go to the beach. The pool is large and cool even in 95 degree weather and the unit overlooks the pool. The owner is a pleasure to do business with and very accommodating. There is plenty of parking which is a HUGE plus for being the beach location. We had 2 babies (5 months and 13 months) so we had a lot of things to take to the beach which is a 5 minute walk. The property is a locked building using a door code. So if you are looking for a conveniently located property this is it. Just pack a bag they have everything else. Thanks Nancy we will be back :)

The perfect place to stay!

Wow... what a week! The condo had everything AND the perfect location. Could walk to the shopping area. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella. TV's everywhere - great to watch the big ball games. Extremely clean and plenty of towels. (The noise diffusers were a very nice touch) Will definitely come back again.

Great place to stay!!!

We rented from Nancy the first week in July for a baseball tourney. Yes, it was very hot out but the Condo was cool and beautiful! Very spacious with great personal touches in each room. The front load washer and dryer was awesome especially after a day at the ballfield; the pool was right below our screened in deck with a BBQ that we used on the 4th of July. Easy access to the gulf. Less than 2 miles down the road from Publix and walking distance to pizza, a couple of bars, and a great ice cream shop. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Christmas Surprise

We surprised our 3 children with a vacation to Ft. Myers Beach for Christmas. This condo was perfect for our family. This was my 4th trip to Ft Myers Beach and my family's first. They loved every minute of our stay from our daily walks on the beach, to swimming in the Gulf, and heading to the pool mid afternoon. We had friends staying in other Bella Lago condos, so having the pool right there was a perfect meeting place. This condo worked well when we did have everyone (15 total) over for several dinners or if it was just the 5 of us. There was plenty of room to spread out. We even saw the New Year's Eve fireworks from the lanai:). We loved the fresh fruit stand, shops, restaurants, and marina just a quick walk up the road. Sunsets on the beach were the best! My family cannot wait to return to Ft. Myers Beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome Condo with everything you need for a great vacation.

This Condo could not have worked out better for my family and 2 friends. It is very spacious with everything needed for our week vacation with a great pool and hot tub that was never that busy. The private beach was great where we found sand dollars, starfish and several types of shells. The best part was that it is on Fort Myers Beach Island far enough away from downtown but close enough for the kids to take the bus. In the morning and night the screened in porch was awesome and relaxing over looking the pool and pond. They even have a community Weber grill for cooking out as well. This felt like home for all of us and the beds slept great for everyone. If we return to Fort Myers Beach again we will rent here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Modern comfy condo in Ft. Myers Beach

We escaped the cold up North at this beautiful condo in Florida in January 2014. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were ample for one week when we had visiting family. The baby's crib even fit in the walk-in closet in the huge master bedroom. The kitchen was well supplied with pans for cooking though there were excellent restaurants around with good suggestions left by previous guests which came in handy. The pool was a nice size and right below our condo and this chilly January everyone enjoyed the hot tub the most. We could yell right down to family members to come back to help with crying babies! The walk to the beach is relatively short though it's a good 10 minute walk to get from the condo to the sandy part of the beach you want to sit on. But we loved walking the entire Ft. Myers Beach area among the mangroves and birds and lagoons. Just beautiful! Our rental was handled very professionally with a nearby agent helping with any minor issues such as a TV remote missing or TV not working. But everything was operational all month and the internet speed was nice and fast. We loved the DVR too!

Great place

Norway Family Holiday

The Condo was as expected, equipped with what was promised. It was clean and nice. Advantage was: Ok WiFi, beach access and training facility included, and well dimensioned air condition. Garage opening system can probably be improved.

We are self employed business owners who reside in Michigan, with our children grown and grandparents to four. We enjoy golf, horses, family, friends, and travel when time allows. Michigan is beautiful and our home, but our go to destination is Fort Myers Beach.

Attention to detail! Santini is coming back better than ever! The Pool is directly below our lanai. You can talk to family and friends at the pool from the lanai. With the condo being so open and spacious, from the moment you walk in the door, you have an instant feeling of 'home away from home'.....in paradise of course! The Marina is also next door.
