Located in the heart of Sandyport - Nebruck House has an incredibly convenient access to beaches, restaurants, bar, wine and liquor shop, grocery stores, a great gym, bank, doctors at walking distance. Staying at Nebruck House, guests will have full access to Sandyport Beach Resort, including the beautiful beach and pool. Additionally, this gorgeous property has private access to the Bluesail Restaurant.


Nebruck House is one of the best addresses in Nassau, with a family feel and a home-away-from-home quality. You can truly rest in peace and quiet, yet still take advantage of all the excitement. Guests can use all facilities in Sandyport, including a powder-soft beach, playgrounds, swimming pool, and other amenities.

This 3-level townhome was recently renovated with new furniture and appliances. The main level is open concept living, dining and kitchen with a balcony ideal for grilling and/or enjoying a nice breeze. The second level has 2 guest bedrooms each with their own bathroom, closet and TV. The third floor houses the large master suite with a king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, closet, TV, fridge and a window with a sea-view.

Guests can use all facilities in Sandyport, including a powder-soft beach, playgrounds, swimming pool, and other amenities. Please note that if you wish to access Sandyport Resorts and its amenities, they require us to submit names and copies of identification. Therefore, please send us the information at least days before your arrival in order for us to submit to Resort on time.

This was a nice property in a very convenient area. Over the years, my family and I have visited Sandyport Resort for restaurants but have never stayed there. The VRBO was clean, spacious and everything is newer in the unit. Carla the House Manager was super helpful and responsive to any questions and or needs we had. There was only one mild issue with one of the bedroom fans not working properly. Carla worked to get this issue resolved quickly! During the booking process, the owner was responsive. I would definitely stay at Nebruck House again.

Great spot in Sandyport

Really enjoyed this unit and its location in Sandyport. It is nice and quiet and there is a good amenities within walking distance. You are just off the main road - so it is quite easy to grab a Jitney bus into town to do some sightseeing and exploring of nassau. Carla the property manager is awesome - she can provide recommendations for places to eat as well as finding a rental car. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful stay in Sandyport

Great apartment in a cozy neighborhood with nearby food options and walking distance to pool/beach. The property manager was very helpful with check-in process and any questions. The unit had everything we needed (including a pack-n-play for our baby) and a nice balcony. There are definitely a decent amount of stairs, but we did not mind if it gave us more space. We definitely lucked out staying in Sandyport, other areas of Nassau were ridculously packed with people. Highly recommend and we can't wait to return to Nassau

This property is definitely for younger people. Lots of steps. The location was fantastic. Never felt uncomfortable about walking around day or night. Short walk to the beach.

Very clean and modern property in a perfect location with easy access to all you needed. Carla was wonderful and really helpful, particularly with phone and taxi requests. Sandyport is a lovely area with beautiful beaches and great restaurants. This wonderful apartment was the icing on the cake!

Wonderful family space!

Very nice location - easily accessible to several restaurants and a nice beach as well as a grocery store. We did not have a car and never felt like we needed it. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was well stocked with kitchen items, laundry, linens that allowed us to feel right at home away from home. WONDERFUL VALUE, would stay here again!

Great space in a great location!

Our group of 5 had ample room at this lovely rental. Carla was a great host--incredibly friendly and always prompt with answering our inquiries. We were grateful for the powerful AC and very well equipped kitchen. Sandyport was great location for us--the community was quiet and relaxing but with a couple of nice restaurants very close by and easy walking distance to the grocery and liquor store. Plus easy access to Bay Street to take a jitney downtown or elsewhere on the beach. The resort amenities were great--two beautiful beaches and a nice pool with umbrellas and lounge chairs.

Will be back!!

We had an incredible stay here! We loved the location including Sandyport’s beautiful beaches and pools. Da Conch Shack by the pool is a must and the mojitos are delightful. We enjoyed the local restaurants, shopping and ice cream parlours. This location has everything- doctors, pharmacies, groceries and liquor stores all in walking distance. The home is beautiful and was wonderful for our small family who need more space than a hotel room. It was well appointed and had everything we needed including beach towels. Carla was extremely warm and helpful during our stay. Thank you! I would recommend booking this stay. Consider packing a pillow - we found them to be a bit hard and a small speaker for music at the house or on the beach. We are looking forward to coming back again and again!

Simply Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay Lots of positives too many to list - welcome received by Co Host - Aromatic blessings throughout the home - Linen and towels were superb Comfortable beds - Cleanliness of home - Decor amazing welcoming makes it feel “like home” combined with the feel of a boutique suite/hotel - Access to the resort kids had a blast! - Beautiful patio, complete with a grill - Prime location gas station/convenience store/restaurants all within a stone's throw of the unit Note for travelers - no elevators at this property, however the staircase is short - but if traveling with heavy luggage or mobility issues- take note Co- host was amazing to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to book here once again! Great safe location, amazing beach & restaurants but a lotta stairs & terrible view

We had an amazing time in the Bahamas. This property location is ideal. Sandyport is a very safe and walkable community with excellent restaurants. We spotted sea turtles, eagle rays, tarpon and barracuda in the canals. We rented a car and parking was always available. The ocean-side beach is gorgeous, however, it is a 15 minute walk from the condo which could be challenging with young children or seniors. There were ample beach loungers and umbrellas available at the pool and the beach at Sandy Port resort. The 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms provided lots of space for our family. Be aware that there are some steep, spiral, tiled stairs leading into the condo and two further sets of narrow spiral stairs to reach the top bedroom. For those with mobility concerns, this could be an issue. Beds were firm, water pressure was low, power and internet both went out several times, but it seems this is the norm for the Bahamas. The host/manager, Carla, was terrific - very responsive, friendly and helpful. The only real negative about the unit is that the outside space (balcony) overlooks a parking lot, noisy generator and garbage bin. If there was a better view this place would be 5 stars. I'd definitely stay in Sandyport again, but look for a rental with a better view for your morning coffee or sunset beverage.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Sandyport. This property was the ideal location for our family of five (2 adults, 3 teenagers) with a 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the grocery store, easy bus ride to downtown Nassau, and casual, fun restaurants with great food and atmosphere. The property was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed, and our on-site hostess, Carla, was so responsive and helpful with any questions or requests we had, like transport to/from the airport, getting groceries, etc. I would highly recommend for families/groups who want to the flexibility to hang out/relax/cook at home or try one of the nearby restaurants that are literally steps from the door. There are three floors in this property so quite a lot of stairs and the power was it for a few hours at a time 2-3 times while there but it was a wide spread outage and apparently not unusual. We would definitely consider staying here again if life brings us back to the Bahamas.

Lots of stairs but plenty of space for a family of 7

3-story townhouse, quiet and clean. The kitchen has regular-sized appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. The living room has good WIFI and Netflix connection. Does have light water pressure in the showers but plenty of hot water. shampoo, dish soap, and laundry detergent supplied. Excellent A/C and cold fridge. Security driving around the parking lots and the resort, we never felt unsafe. Surprisingly not a lot of mosquitos. Carla, the house manager, is the best person. She should honestly be the Minister of Tourism. She’s a total gem! Adventures outside of the house: Spritz: best customer service, fair food but great environment- friendly staff. Twisted Lime- good food, unfriendly staff- just order out. Two ice cream joints- and a gas station Blue Sail- easy drinks, pizza on the beach Don't rent a car, the total island is 21 x 7 miles. Was over $1000 bucks for the week. Just use the taxi services recommended by the house. Arawak Cay- looks scary but you'll be fine. Eat and walk the food shacks. We also bought our souvenirs here, go to the lady at the end of the walk she's totally fair-priced and easy to buy from. She has a big white, passenger van and she's friendly. We really enjoyed swimming with the turtles through Blue Finn. Super Value, a grocery store, just be aware they hate tourists and are not friendly! Like totally rude, but buying food for a week at a VRBO was a necessity. You must take your own bags or box for bagging groceries.

Family vacation 2022

We had an amazing 8 day stay. Carla was helpful when we arrived and answered any questions we had. The property was as expected located in a nice community next to Sandy Port Resort but with access to the resort amenities. The extra restrooms were a big plus. AC worked wonderfully. Restaurants are located around the property and about a 3 minute walk to the beach. This location is much quieter and away from heavy tourist. We did not rent a car which would probably be helpful but there's plenty of taxis available or access to the public bus for $1.25. That was a life saver for a family of 7. Overall our experience was wonderful. The only issue for us were the beds. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. I would highly recommend an upgrade. We loved the Bahamas and will return in the future.

Almost everything you need within walking distance. Beautiful Beach, great restaurants, gas station, & grocery store close by. Carla was the best! She made everything easy. We totally enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was awesome!

We had a great time. we are a family of five kids (ages 6,8,10). it was perfect for us...clean, happening, vibrant area. we loved the blue sail, spritz and social house restaurants (all close)....also can walk to grocery. spacious for a family with kids. house is well stocked and we loved our stay. if you're not good with stairs this isn't the choice for you but was ideal for us!

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. We met Carla, the property manager, who was so nice and helpful. The property was in a great location with 3 restaurants right in the compound. We ate at the Twisted Lime and had drinks at Bon Vivants. There are two other restaurants, Blue Sail and the Poop Deck right across the street. The place was immaculate. It worked out great for our family. Two master bedrooms. Nice balcony for morning coffee or evening drinks. There is a man-made lagoon and a pool area that was a short walk away. The beach on the ocean is across the street but there is a walk way under the highway so you don't have to actually cross the street. You can take a bus nearby to get to downtown, too. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Amazing Vacation Rental!

Can’t begin to say how much we enjoyed our stay! Max he property itself is wonderful and the location can’t be beat. Best of all was Carla, the property manager, who made check in and check out a breeze and even helped us find the REAL Bahamian food we were craving. The location is ideal - a condo community with shops, restaurants, a pool and private beach. Even an on-site testing clinic for the COVID tests we all had to get for both our stay and our return trip. Again, it could not have been better!

Memorable trip in Sandy Port, Bahamas

Carla was absolutely fabulous! The apartment was great and located in a nice waterfront village. We didn’t rent a car so having some restaurants on the grounds and a little store near by was very nice. There is a large grocery store about 10 minutes walking distance. Definitely recommend the Blue Sail across the street for a nice dinner. The Twisted Lime was a lot of fun and had tasty mojitos & shrimp. The weather was breezy and cloudy most of our stay but we still had a great time. We cooked out on the balcony one evening, which was nice for a little “home away from home” cooking My soon to be hubby, proposed on the beach there. It was picturesque and Carla brought us over chocolates & wine to celebrate. It was a memorable trip & we will definitely be back. We used Paula’s taxi service during our trip and she was outstanding & very knowledgeable of the area.

Great hospitality and stay at Old Sandyport

The house had everything we needed for a family of 5 and we could have easily fit more. The condo was super clean and Carla was an amazing property manager who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. About the property itself: you have to walk through the Sandyport Resort to access the pool. You also have to walk across the main road to get to the big beach, but it wasn’t too bad. The food was excellent at the Twisted Lime (just a few steps away) and the Blue Sail Restaurant (also within walking distance, just a bit further and again need to cross main road). We had lunch downtown at Athena-really wonderful food and service. Shopping was easy downtown-it was great to see tourists coming back, although the Straw Market has not reopened yet. We also ate at a restaurant within the Baha Mar casino one night, which was also very good. Sadly, we didn’t have time to experience the Fishfry. Every place we went, you had to sanitize to enter and all staff wore masks. Safety precautions were in place. The hospitality was great and we can’t wait to go back to Nassau!
