Latitude adjustment is one side of a duplex (two sides). Please note, because this property is a duplex some amenities will be shared between both sides of the property.

Latitude Adjustment is a stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom duplex located on the peaceful North end of Carolina Beach. This beautiful property is perfect for a family getaway or a vacation with friends, just a short distance from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and only 1.5 miles from Freeman Park. With beach access conveniently located across the street, guests can easily enjoy days by the ocean. Evenings can be spent relaxing on one of the three decks or grilling by the pool, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The home offers a variety of amenities, including a pool, elevator, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen on the 3rd floor features a dining table with seating for six, breakfast bars for seven, and deck access for outdoor dining. The living room provides a cozy space with ocean views, a smart TV, and plenty of seating for up to eight people. For entertainment, guests can enjoy board games, books, and stunning views from the deck that leads to a top deck via a spiral staircase.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort, with three rooms offering private bathrooms. The 1st-floor bedrooms include a king bed with ocean views and a twin bunk room perfect for kids. Family getaway

Property was good, location was good, Mother Nature did not cooperate so unfortunately did not get the most out of our visit to Carolina Beach.

The Perfect CB Spot

We visit Carolina Beach regularly and this house is by far our favorite place to stay. This was our second time staying here. The house is open and clean with comfortable furniture. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. The best part is the closeness to the beach and the boardwalk area. Very walkable! Can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Lots of room for a family of 10. Very Close access to the beach. Our family had a great time. It was a little bumpy upon arrival at 4 pm. The refrigerator was not cold and concerned it was broken. We tightened the screws in the kids bunk beds so they were then safe for our grandkids. Unfortunately the VRBO office closed at 5 for the weekend, so there was no communication with them until Monday. Very disappointing especially since people can remote work and check communications from their guests. Fortunately we are a resourceful family and fixed the issues to make our vacation great.

Absolutely perfect!

This property was just right in so many ways. It is newly built and fresh and clean. The bedrooms are comfortable. The upstairs living area is open and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Multiple balconies make outdoor hangouts possible. The closeness to beach access is great and also a short walk to the boardwalk. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Home!!

The home is exactly as described and even better in person! We had 4 adults and 2 children ages 1 1/2 and 2 1/2. During our trip there were beach toys, a wagon and chairs available for our use. The location is perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and close to everything else. The hosts were gracious and responsive. They made the check in and out super simple. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfection!

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and we will continue to come back. The house is well laid out, well decorated, comfortable, and has everything two families with kids could want/need. There is plenty of space to hang out with plenty of seating. There are excellent views from both the front and back of the house. The location is perfect - very walkable to the boardwalk and surrounding areas. We can't wait to come back next year!

Weekend stay

The house is beautiful. The views and rooms are beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. The elevator is such a big help with groceries etc. You can tell there is a lot of love put into the home. Weirdly the internet didn’t work all weekend. We asked the property manager but they never responded about the router. We also had issues with dirty towels but the company brought new ones right away. I wish they had chairs etc all the way at the top because the views were incredible.
