Ce beau bungalow a quatre chambres, deux salles de bains et demie à domicile et est juste sur le lac! Venez tout moment de l'année et de voir les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle, marcher sur la plage, ou profiter s'mores autour du feu en profitant de la brise du lac.

Cette maison est entièrement équipée (y compris les draps) et prêt pour votre détente. Cette maison est parfaite pour les familles ou groupes d'amis. Le bas comprend une salle à manger avec vue sur le lac, un salon et une cuisine complète cuisine de style. Le premier étage est complété par une grande chambre et une salle de bain complète.

A l'étage est une retraite tranquille avec trois belles chambres - la chambre principale dispose d'un balcon donnant sur le lac. Le premier étage est complété par une salle de bain complète et demi. Il y a quelque chose de merveilleux se endormir et se réveiller au son de l'eau.

Beaucoup de gens viennent et rarement quitter le lac. Vous pouvez passer la journée sur la rive donnant sur le lac ou faire quelques pas vers le bas pour votre propre plage privée. Cette maison est parfaite pour se détendre au calme, à la lecture, et ne rien faire du tout!

Great girls weekend

3rd annual girls weekend

We love to meet on the lake for a girls weekend! Nice area! Plenty of rooms and beds! 2 1/2 bath! This was our second time coming back to this house! Loved having a fire in the evening! Great hosts!

Wedding Weekend

Our experience with the Lakehurst Bungalow was amazing. Our hosts went above and beyond for our stay. The house was so quaint and the location was beautiful and convenient. As a bonus the sunsets were beautiful.

Great Location by the Lake

We rented this house for a girl's wine tour weekend. It was close to Geneva for the wineries as well as Ashtabula for the apple orchards. The house has 4 bedrooms which worked out perfectly for us. The owner came to visit during check-in and answered all our questions. Very helpful and welcoming! You can hear the water at night while you sit outside and enjoy a nice fire with plenty of wood. Just a short walk in the morning down to the water to enjoy a cup of coffee or you can sit on the patio and rock in the rocking chairs. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Bach weekend

We had a group that ranged from 4-85 in for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend. The hosts were very nice and hospitable. The converted garage was the perfect place for game night. There were small toys available for young children and plenty of room for seating. The chairs by the lake were a favorite spit for my entire group. With it being only an 8 minute drive to the strip, it was perfect for sunset taxi to pick up and drop off with no issues. We would definitely return.

Staging house for fishing trips

Had a weekend here with 2 walleye trips booked. It’s close to the marinas and it’s also a short walk to the lake (short meaning 1 min). Very clean with linens, soap etc.. Great little man cave garage / laundry. Clear communication. What else do you need?

Relaxation

It was nice to be so close to Geneva-on-the-Lake but still be far enough away to be relaxing. Home was very nice and was the best stocked home we've ever stayed at. Will be booking it for next year.

A nice short getaway

My friends and i decided to do something for our short yearly guys trip and picked this property to rent. The location was perfect as it was right next to lake erie and only a short drive from geneva on the lake. The property was exactly as it was listed and was absolutely spotless. We were all very satisfied with our stay.

BG Getaway

It was great! Eight College girlfriends. We've been together since 1967 Freshmen at BGSU. The property was immaculate and so spacious. There were several areas to gather in. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the greatest, but there was access to the beach! We toured many wineries!! Great location and easy to get around!

Perfect large family gathering

We stayed at both their properties with connecting backyards. It was perfect for our large family: 12 adults and 12 kids (15-6 months). Lots of space and excellent seating for everyone. Tons of amenities (games for indoor and outdoors)! Obviously owners have no control, but waves are pretty strong so just make sure to bring life jackets. Kids loved jumping the waves and wave surfing. It felt like an ocean but with fresh water.

If you need to be in Ashtabula...

This is one of the most comfortable. No beach, but no one has one now. I hope the owners install a platform like their neighbors. The outdoor environment makes any small issues with the inside pale in comparison.

DDay & Rock N Roll Hall of Fame

Had a very nice visit. Came up for the 75th Anniversary DDay reenactment at Conneaut and the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland with two high school buddies. We're all 55 now so low key is the rule. Only minor complaints were "beach" was Rocky shoreline - couldn't really see anyway to swim and the upstairs small bedrooms didn't have blinds on both windows, so up with the Sun! Otherwise everything was very nice. Thanks for a great visit!

Clean House, Great Location

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were all nicely furnished and comfortable. The garage converted to a game room/bar area quickly became our go to hang out place in the house. The long table was perfect for breakfast for the group and playing cards and games in the evenings. The access to the water was perfect as was the sunset from the nice Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake. Bathrooms are spacious enough for a group of girls to get ready for the day. The only complaint would be the lack of outlets in the bathrooms, but there were plenty in the bedrooms to compensate. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at the house as well. The owners were beyond accommodating and answered all questions we had in a timely and detailed manner. I would highly recommend this property for future visits to Geneva on the Lake!

Family Reunion/Vacation

Our very large group (19 adults, 5 children) rented Lakehurst Bungalow and Pearl Beach last week. Both homes were very clean and well appointed. The adjacent backyards provided easy access between the homes and kept the little ones away from the road. We especially enjoyed the fire pits, picnic and patio tables. Due to heavy rain this spring, the lake access was difficult and we were disappointed in having virtually no sandy beach. Previous renters raved about the beach and we know there was nothing the owners could have done. You can't fight Mother Nature! We found several local public beaches and used those instead. A visit later in the season or during a year with less rainfall, staying in both or either of these properties would be wonderful.

Our feelings andd observations.

It was a great place but 12 people would have been too many for sleeping and bathrooms. 7 was max. However, your post says it is handicapped accessible. It is not. And the shower downstairs has no bars for safety. Very sllippery. I was surprised also to see that the house is not lakefront as in the picture. Noteworthy also is that the grill is filthy and unusable. We did enjoy the firepit however. The only concern for us was not easily accessible for our 96 year old. Thanks again. People also should use gps.....there are two streets....west and east.

Great Lake View

The house itself was a great space for my family and I. There was plenty of sleeping space, and the garage was a big hit for family game playing. The inside of the house was extremely clean, and had pretty much everything we needed to cook dinner each night. The patio had a great picnic table that accommodated all 6 of us comfortably along with Adirondack chairs. The propane did run out on the grill, but the owners brought another one right over since they are next door. While we enjoyed our stay, I was surprised to see the house is not lake front as advertised. The house sits behind the owners house as they share the property along with another rental they own. The yard and beach access is shared by all three properties, which is ok, but it was not advertised in the listing. The path down to the beach is not easy for senior citizens to navigate as it is a gravel hill leading down. My mother did not attempt this path because she was afraid of falling.

Low standards of cleanliness and musty smell

The description said, and one of the reasons I chose the house, was that it had a master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the lake. Upon arrival we quickly learned the balcony had a sign that it wasnt fit for use. It also implied there was lake access and a beach however, there was zero beach and lake access if you were willing to climb over some very slippery, dangerous, sharp boulders. The first thing you will notice upon setting foot in the house is the overwhelming musty smell. Im not usually very picky but this place was just sooooo musty. The bed sheets need replaced with ones that actually fit as they do NOT stay on the bed when you are sleeping. On top of that it was quite dirty. The toilets were not scrubbed as there was urine all over the outside of the bowls. There were lamps in there that hadn't been dusted since they were bought (also back in the 50's). The coffee pot wasnt even clean, someone took a papertowel and dried it out but failed to notice their half-a** way of cleaning just left a smear in it instead. Open the kitchen cabinets if you dare . . bugs flew out each time I opened them and upon inspection it looked like mold growing or some kind of gross spill like syrup or something. Im not certain why I had to pay a cleaning fee as you have to strip your own beds and take out all of the trash yourself. I took pictures of everything mentioned here but not able to upload them or I would! I'd stay away from this place if you have any sort of standard for cleaning whatsoever. Did I mention it was musty . . I can't stress enough the musty smell. Luckily my husband brought his inhaler!

Family girls lake trip

We started meeting near GOTL with family we have from NY, OH and NC a couple of years ago. We loved this place! The lake is in the backyard. Close to many places which we love Marianne’s chocolate. There was plenty of room with the four bedrooms for everyone to sleep! 2 1/2 baths makes it great! The managers were awesome and checked in and offered any assistance if needed. Would stay here again! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!
