Family Spring Break ski trip

We had a family of 11, 6 adults and our five grandchildren.The property was magnificent in terms of size, comfort and cleanliness! The three adult couples had king size rooms. Our four grandchildren had a wonderful time in their two rooms. The youngest grandchild slept in a pac and play very comfortably in the large room with his parents, provided by the property. They also had a large dinning room table that sat all ten of us and a high chair was also provided for the baby. We happen to ask if they had a crock pot and can you believe they even delivered two brand new ones to the house the day we arrived. The property managers were spectacular to communicate with and that says it all! We were extremely impressed by the lovely Breckenridge scenery all around us as we viewed it by every large window in the house!Consider this to be absolutely an A plus listing!

Family vacation 2024

The house was amazing! It was perfect for our family of nine. Shuffle board was a big hit! The first morning we were greeted by a Mom moose and two babies who walked thru the yard. What a special treat!!

The house was very nice and spacious. It was close to town. It had plenty of room for our family with areas to be together and to spread out. It was a quiet location but not too far from town.

Gorgeous Home w/Views that Do Not Disappoint

We loved every bit of our stay even with a winter storm in the end of May. The home was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub & using the large space for just hanging out with family. Highly recommend this location for a get away! The property management company was also helpful and very easy to coordinate with!

Great Location

It's about 5 min outside of the city and it's wonderful. There was so much wildlife you could see and hear. The house was very accommodating and comfortable. Easy to access and the manager gave us all the instructions prior to arrival. It was seamless and easy. Would go again.

Great place stay, definitely coming back!

This house was amazing and just so beautiful. Its so close to the slopes and very easy to get to. It was within 10-15min of everywhere we had to go. Im definitely coming back. We traveled with a large group, when in the room you could barely hear others that were in main living space. Our fave spot was the kitchen, family room and hot tub. I can go on and on about how great it was. The property management was very responsive and answered all my questions. Love love this house! Definitely recommend.

Great cabin stay

Overall this place was in such a great location and so big and so fun, great amenities. Will say one of our guests had a pimple patch in the sheet and I found a hair tie that wasn’t mine in the shower prior to our stay - so not sure on the cleanliness of the place for how much we spent to stay here but everything else about it was awesome! And even got to use the sleds they kept in the garage and got use out of the huge oven and massive fridge :) overall I would stay here again

Amazing views and a HUGE house

Dillon was an amazing house for us to spend the weekend in Breckenridge. Our friends flew in from Dallas and we took our 6 kids up to the mountains. This house was perfect for the 10 of us. More than enough space for everyone, well appointed with all of the necessities and then some! Unfortunately, the power went out the morning we were checking out. AvantStay was very responsive and flexible, allowing us additional time to check out given the situation. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this property.

Great house!

We loved the house! The views out the front were amazing! The separation of bedrooms on three floors was great for our extended family with small children! The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to eat most of our meals at the house. The large table allowed our party of 11 to sit comfortably around the table. The outside table was equally large! All the beds were extremely comfortable and we had a lot of extra pillows and blankets. The shuffleboard was a fun addition! We had some issues during our stay and the Avant Stay management was extremely responsive! If you want a true out of the city mountain experience with your large group, this is the Breckenridge house for you!

Great House for our family

The kitchen and dining table are perfect for large groups. We had 6 adults and 6 children ages 2-8. It was nice to set up the kids with a movie in the upstairs living room and be able to visit downstairs. The fridge, oven and 2 dishwashers & 3 trash cans were great for stocking and cooking a week of food for 12 people. The grill was also a great size, we fit 3 racks of ribs easily. Yoga was great on the balcony outside of the master bedroom. The view from the living room and balcony's with the rocking chairs was wonderful. 2 washing machines and dryers, also great. We put a family with littles on the top floor and the bottom floor and the grandparents in the main room, both families had everything they needed on their floors and that also helped us manage keeping our kids stuff separate and the main floor in order. Definitely prepare for elevation change if you're not adjusted already. We drank constantly and all adults had headaches for 3-4 days: Excedrin, perrier, and water constantly...Maybe Rhodiola Rosea we didn't get to test that out since our bottle came late. We enjoyed trail running on the peaks trail just a mile down the road everyday. Hiking Mohawk lakes was wonderful and challenging on the way up, we got out there at 7am and were the 3rd ones to the end, which was lovely. Check parking situations for hikes you want to do. Quandary trail required a reservation 2 weeks in advance....Mohawk Lakes was easy to park at 7am, but later not so much.

Easter Get-Away

We cannot say enough about this beautiful home and its location. The home was very clean and spacious. The layout of bedrooms on every floor is perfect. I loved the heated bathroom floors in the master bedroom. The views from every balcony were out of this world. We were literally a few minutes from downtown and ski resorts. The snow was beautiful and magical. Booking was super easy and I received quick responses form property mgmt the 2 times I had questions. Thank you , everything was perfecto!!

Wonderful Family Vacation House

The house was beautiful and in a great area. The views were fabulous and the property was very spacious. We were close to the Ski areas and lots of snow.😊 The concierge helped us to book our sleigh ride and answered any questions we had about our vacation. The property manager was very responsive and helped us through our stay with whatever we needed.

Fantastic Breckenridge Property!

I must say, everything about the trip was incredible! The team with AvantStay was top notch, making for a seamless process with the vacation home. They communicated with us on a daily basis, and the attention to detail in the home was excellent. It was a perfect place to stay with a family for a getaway New Year’s trip, but would have been excellent for any group throughout the year. Some of my favorite things about the property were the layout for the master bedroom, the open floor plan for entertaining the family, and the hot tub! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an upscale, comfortable place to stay when visiting Breckenridge!
