Welcome to our home. Relax and disconnect from the city at Casa Campo Familiar in a comfortable and familiar house, quiet environment, close to restaurants, attractions and just 20 minutes by car from the San Juan International Airport.

Connecting with nature and watching the sunsets on the balcony in the hammock is something you should experience. Our tropical climate is varied and invites you to go out and explore our beautiful island.

Casa Campo Familiar, located in Río Grande, Puerto Rico, is a two-story home. With a spacious patio inviting you to enjoy outdoor activities, it has cameras around the house, basement, and balcony that are constantly working. Please note that we do not have cameras connected inside the house. You will need a car to get there and have quick access to the main road.

The living room has local cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, and other applications. Three bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and a fan. A game room for the family. The kitchen has two dining areas. The bathroom has a shower and hot water.

Free parking, free internet, and a separate entrance. Lighting can be programmed to turn on and off inside and outside the house. Blue containers with non-potable water (no drinking or cooking) are available for emergency use in the bathroom and kitchen.

Guests have access to all areas of the house (first floor and basement). Guests also have access to the patio, where they will find fruit trees, depending on the season. We have a large barbecue area with a table.

We accept dogs and cats (we do not have equipment for them).

The laundry area is locked. Additional cost applies. We have solar panels at our house to help us in case of a power outage. We carefully monitor usage so you have continuous power. DO NOT use hot water during a power outage if you are only using solar energy.

You are welcome to have visitors in the home. There cannot be events (parties) on the property, and smoking is not allowed inside the house. You are also not allowed to stay in the home.

We keep our property clean and expect the same from our guests.

Alexa devices are available in the house that you can use for alarms, music, and any questions about the area. Information on places to visit, the house, and more is available at the information table. Also, on our social media. We look forward to hosting you, and don't forget to share this page with friends and family. If you have any questions, please write to us. All communication must be through the platform so that one of the Hosts responds as soon as possible. It is a pleasure for us to answer your messages.

Booking a house is better than booking a hotel room. The cost can be the same or close. The difference is a home completely reserved for you with the comforts of home. Private and unique.

My name is Sandra. I grew up in this house with my parents, sisters and brothers. Welcome to Casa Campo Familiar. I know the entire area is a quiet place, our neighbors are families and lifelong friends. I am a Home Child Care Provider in the State of Connecticut. We love going on vacation to Puerto Rico, enjoying the food, the beaches, the rivers and my favorite city that I never stop visiting is San Juan. One is transported to that historical space. My sons Jose and Jonathan are your other hosts when I am not available. I speak little English, but that does not prevent me from obtaining good communication. I prefer that if you have any questions or concerns you do so through the platform or by sending a text message. Always give us time to answer you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Really when I'm at home I enjoy everything. The moonlit nights are spectacular and together with my family and neighbors we sit in the patio to have contact with nature to talk, listen to music and occasionally enjoy a delicious barbecue. In the mornings see the little birds in their nests that they love to make in the windows of the house. Truly the peace and tranquility of leaving the city to the countryside and being in a larger and more comfortable space.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Actually, in this industry we all offer different services according to what we want to offer our guests. In my case I think of the family, a quiet, spacious, comfortable, safe place close to places of interest. My house has a game room for those days when you don't want to go out, a barbecue area, a spacious space for the children to play (always under the supervision of an adult). There is no swimming pool due to the multiple accidents that occur in the swimming pools. Rio Grande has much to offer visitors. Puerto Rico has many beautiful places where everyone can enjoy as a family. Having a lot in the house does not invite them to go out and enjoy vacations. So I invite you to make your plan and your tour around the entire island. If you need information about places and restaurants. We can offer it to you, apart from the fact that we have more information at home. And one of the most important things is that the house is completely prepared and equipped for guests, it is cheaper than a night in a hotel. For the price of one they have space for 6 people. All in one place. It's not bad at all.
