Historic Farmstead with beautiful views out to Swedish countryside
Two story farmstead from 1890s. Large open living room and den areas with views to the countryside and a natural pond. Large kitchen with breakfast dining area. Formal Dining room with views to the terrace and rose garden.
The home was purchased by our Grandfather Robert as a working farm raising cattle and grain. Now we offer this property for rest and relaxation in his memory.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with full newly renovated bathroom. There is a den upstairs for evening t.v. enjoyment.
Behind the house are large expansive lawns to play croquet, for children to run around and a barn that is designed to relax by on the edge of the pond. In the evenings we enjoy dinner and the sunsets over the beautiful Osterland landscape sitting on the terrace framed by roses and jasmine.
Very calm and relaxing place. Excellent and warm welcome from the host

Qui vous reçoit ?
Vous ĂȘtes reçu par Ann Cotter Millang
We are a family sharing our time between Sweden and California. Ann is from Laguna Beach and Torbjorn is from Sweden and grew up on this farm raising Cattle and farming grains.
The house has been in the family for 3 generations purchased by Torbjorns grandfather Robert at the turn of the century-
This family home is a beautiful gem in the Swedish countryside where one can relax, fish, play golf, hike and explore the historic surroundings. Ostergotland was once the seat of the King of Sweden and there is so much to see there with many ruins and even a closter from the 1300s only minutes from the farm. We love to share our experiences with our guests so they can enjoy an experience tailored to their interests.
