This listing is a 3 bedroom modern home with 5 beds that sleeps up to 8. It is ideal for families and/or 3 couples. Enjoy ocean breezes and views adorn the property. It is a short walk to a quiet North Pelada beach or a walk to nearby Lagarta Lodge for a sunset drink, meal or spa services.
The home has a screened-in open floor plan and patio area. The living room is simply furnished and features a Smart TV with Roku. The living area has sizable ceiling fans and sky lights in the kitchen for plenty of natural light. Relax in the daybed or lounge space on the screened in patio which overlooks the pool area and offers plenty of air flow. We can host the full spectrum from families to retreats! We have kid's games, pool toys, adult games and more.
This home has hard wired, battery back up Fiber optic Wifi. Very Reliable for remote working (100Mbps down 65up).
The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked. Sit at the kitchen bar while food is prepared.
The spacious rancho has a large table with 6 chairs and a full length bench, a swinging couch and comfortable full sized couches for lounging. It features a small outside kitchen area with a sink and gas grill. A nature inspired outside shower with hot and cold water adorns the rancho. The large saltwater swimming pool features a lap lane for swimming and 2 fountains in the shallow seating area.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has a large en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bath features a dual vanity, dual shower heads and a full size bathtub. There is a walk-in closet with plenty of space to unpack and store your luggage.
The two spacious guest bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed that can be stacked like bunk beds or placed side-by-side. There is also a couch with a pull-out sofa bed in one of guest rooms. There is a walk-in closet and a full en-suite bath in each bedroom. There is a desk in each bedroom and the entire property has great internet.
