Only 15 minutes from the Community Medical Center, Monmouth Medical Central Ocean University medical Center hospital and Parkway.

We also have studios, 1-bedroom and up to 5-bedroom homes available.
Fully furnished with all utilities included.

Must have proof of employment, good credit, and justification of departure location.

Please note for our Winter Rentals the max is 5-guests.

Could have been a little cleaner. We found someone’s passport, toys under couch, vent in living room was very dirty, & balloons behind chair. But great house and location and John was very helpful and very friendly!

Amazing location! Very clean home with comfortable beds!

Very clean and quaint home to stay in. The location is absolutely terrific as you are a 30 second walk to the boardwalk and amusement park, maybe a minute walk to the beach entrance, and just a few minutes walk to the entrance of the waterpark there. The home has been remodeled nicely, although there is some unevenness to the floor and small step ups to some of the rooms that you have to be careful not to stub your toes on. The stairs leading upstairs and the stairs leading out to the shared picnic area are steeper than most, and were difficult to navigate for our elderly mother and toddler. Also, it would be fantastic if the host could include darkened curtains or blinds in the two downstairs bedrooms as the white blinds did not shield against the outside lights that are continuously on, so it was like daytime at night. The keypad also wasn't working at the time, and we were only provided with one key, so that was a little difficult to ensure that the person with the key was always last to leave to lock the door or back before others returned to open the door. Make sure to bring your own hand towels for the bathroom too. We knew towels weren't provided, but didn't think to bring hand towels. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the home was very clean, kitchen well stocked with supplies, shared area great with grills and picnic tables, and the hosts were great about answering questions and providing details.

Awesome trip and awesome host

We all friends wanted to have trip before heading to college, we were looking for many properties but not many of them welcome because of age restrictions but property owner and property manager welcomed with open hearts, we had open conversations before the trip which made comfortable for everyone. Everything listed is accurate, we would love to come back again in the future.

A slice of heaven!

We had an AMAZING time staying at our VRBO in Seaside Heights. John Anthony, the owner, went above and beyond hosting our group. He was immediately accessible via phone and text and shared many valuable 'tips' (restaurants and shoppes) he personally recommends. The home had plenty of space to accommodate the maximum number of guests of 6 people, in which we had in our party. From cleanliness to location this home exceeded our expectations in this beach community! The house is literally 5 houses from the actual boardwalk. Not only the boardwalk, but located in the middle of the main part of the boardwalk (rides, games and attractions). Additionally, having the beach passes, the entrance to the ocean was almost directly across from our boardwalk access. We could not have been more pleased with our stay and look forward to returning to THIS VRBO. Thank you John Anthony!!

Great Weekend Get Away by the Shore

If you are looking for an inexpensive trip to the shore, look no further. This is the perfect house for your group of friends. The house is literally a block from the beach, boardwalk, and all the bars Seaside has to offer. John provided us with 5 beach tags so we did not have to pay to go to the beach. You will need to bring all your own beach chairs, but that was not an issue. The house internet did not work for us but we didn’t need it. The backyard is a great place to relax, grill, or even play some cornhole. FYI The property has 3 rental units, so you do have to share the public space. John also provides 2 parking spots and has extra parking about 2 blocks away. All in all this was a great house to stay in. We were a group of guys in our 30’s so we did not need much to keep us satisfied. We will definitely be back next year!
