The Living Area

Lounge out on the 7-seater sectional watching the games on the 50-inch flat-screen TV! Log in to your on streaming services and watch live while packing one up using the toke table. Turn the TV mount to host game day from either the sectional area, or the dining area. The living area can accommodate anything from your typical smoke session to game-day events.


The Kitchen

KushKations is equipped with an open kitchen layout to host guests during your stay. Guests only need to provide groceries when arriving. The fridge has ample space, and an ice machine ready for drinks. Your kitchen comes fully stocked for any chef to entertain during your KushKation.


The Bedrooms

KushKations Ganja features 6 bedrooms. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms all featuring king-sized mattresses. The bottom floor has 1 queen bedroom, 1 king bedroom, and a bedroom featuring 2 twins (twins can be moved together to make king). Each bedroom is equipped with a 32-inch TV, hangers and laundry baskets. Privacy is key and guests will feel right at home in their own furnished bedroom.


The Bathrooms

KushKations features 2 bathrooms. Guests can freshen up before they explore Denver in the upstairs or downstairs bathroom. Each comes equipped with a hairdryer, toothbrushes, and toothpaste for guests during their stay.


The Theater Room

Host guests, kick back and enjoy the 6-seater luxury recliner theater room. Guests can stream their favorite games by logging in to their respective streaming services to feel right at home.


The Backyard

KushKations Ganja features a private enclosed area with a brand new 6-seater hot tub. Guests may also entertain at the dining table located next to the hot tub featuring a brand new NexGrill propane grill. Guests needs to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order. Utilize the hot tub to unwind under the stars and truly hit the reset button. Morning, night, summer or wintertime, the hot tub provides year-round relaxation for guests.
