With a capacity of 4 people, the flat has a large and luminous living room opening onto the terrace which runs alongside the flat.

You will be welcomed in a chic and modern decor.

- A television with IPTV giving you access to a multitude of channels.

The living room opens onto the fully equipped open kitchen for a pleasant stay.

The first bedroom boasts a lavish king-size bed, complemented by the convenience of a TV and ample storage cupboards. On the other hand, the second bedroom offers a regal king-size bed and spacious storage, ensuring a comfortable and organized retreat.

After a day in Marrakech you can relax in the Italian shower, which will add a luxurious touch to your stay.

The terrace running the length of the flat has been equipped with dining tables to enjoy an outdoor meal.

The keys will be given to you at the start of your stay by a member of staff who will take care of your reception and who will be at your disposal for any requests during your stay.

The meeting will be at ZARA or Mc DONALD GUELIZ in Marrakech to then go a few steps to the accommodation in the company of a WELBNB welcomer.

Recognized as one of the best corners of the city, Gueliz is the modern district connected to the medina by Avenue Mohammed V, 3 km long. It is located in the heart of Marrakech and is known for its modern life, large cafe terraces, etc. Guéliz also concentrates cultural activity, with the Palais des Congrès or the Théâtre Royal. It is nice to come for a walk in the evening or to go shopping!

It is not necessary to travel by car, a parking space in the basement is at your disposal, you can leave your vehicle the entire stay because everything is next. We can offer a shuttle service airport / residence with private driver as well as car rentals and excursions. Otherwise taxis are available for all your trips down the building.

Check-in after 3 p.m. only.

- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 200dh

- For Moroccan or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) the marriage certificate is compulsory and must be presented during check-in.

-Nous vous rappelons que toute forme de tourisme sexuel est strictement interdite au Maroc. Le non-respect de cette règle peut entraîner des sanctions graves, incluant l’expulsion immédiate et des poursuites judiciaires.

-Il vous est demandé d'adopter une bonne attitude envers le voisinage (heures de calme entre 22h00 et 8h00) et de respecter les mœurs ainsi que les coutumes locales. Les fêtes et événements ne sont pas autorisés

-En cas de non-respect des règles de bon voisinage ou de nuisances constatées, l’agence se réserve le droit de mettre fin au séjour de manière anticipée.

-Par mesure de sécurité et pour garantir le bon déroulement du séjour, seules les personnes enregistrées dans la réservation sont autorisées à accéder au logement. L’entrée est placée sous vidéo-surveillance 24h/24 et surveillée par des agents de sécurité.

-Concernant l’utilisation de la piscine et des balcons, le locataire est responsable de sa famille et des enfants, l’Agence se dédouane de toute responsabilité en cas de négligence du Locataire.
