Welcome to the Aqua Center, great for all seasons! This beautiful waterfront property is located right on the Georgian Bay, only a 5 min drive to the Blue Mountain Village. This villa has the perfect amount of space for 8 family members or friends. The Aqua was built in a Spanish villa-style and has absolutely stunning sunrise & sunset waterfront views, as well as on-property access to Georgian Bay. For a sandy beach, access to Northwinds public beach is just a few doors down from the property.

The space
Enjoy your early morning coffee or late night glass of wine while watching the beautiful sun set over the water. This villa has plenty of space indoors to entertain your group or take advantage of the waterfront outdoors, including a hot tub on the balcony. This property is between two private residences. The Aqua Center is the perfect getaway for any family or friends looking to take advantage of what The Blue Mountains area has to offer during any season.

Kitchen:
The kitchen, dining area and living room are all on the same level making it a great place for families and friends to dine and hang out. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities needed to cook including all cutlery and utensils, BBQ utensils & more. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings!

Dining & Living room:
A table for 8 in the dining area will provide comfortable seating for your group while dining and entertaining. Warm up by the gas fireplace with good company after a day of being out on the hills or during those cool summer nights.

Bedrooms:
This chalet has 4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have a Queen in each. The fourth bedroom has two Single beds. Each bed is equipped with commercially laundered white bed linens, comforters, and pillow cases. Freshly cleaned towels will be placed at each bedside.

**The owner only permits either two small dogs OR one large dog. Permission is required prior to arrival. Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved. You must pick up after your pets.

**Your stay includes 4 parking spaces on our property. Overflow parking is available but it’s on a first come first serve basis.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.

Great Experience

We had an excellent time staying at this property! Check in was easy and the place was very clean and well kept! There was tons of space and a beautiful view! The location was perfect for getting to the village easily.

Just perfect

It was a great place for a ladies weekend. Everything was just perfect. The view is spectacular and all the beds were clean and comfy. The hot tub was so clean and quite large. Can’t wait to go back, hopefully in some nicer weather. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Great views

The VRBO and location are great. We enjoyed our stay especially the large balcony overlooking the water. A note to the property management company; while the house was very clean and provided everything, there are a few items that showed thier age and were in need of repair. If fixed, it would make a difference for the next guests. Even with that, we would deffinately stay there again.

Great location

Great location. A few Minutes to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Some of the best views. We stayed at this location 15 years ago not a lot has changed it was great then really new.. That’s not a real good thing. It needs an overall refresh paint some new furniture would go along way. A good scrub down would really help as well. Hot tub also needs repair on 1/2 the jets work.

Clarity in manual

Just a couple of things threw us off. We didn’t know how to work the fireplace and we had a hard time with the television. Some of the windows were missing working handles in order to open them. Several light bulbs were burned out. BUT, the management came over and took care of all of our concerns. We liked the place so much we have booked it again for next year. Really looking forward to it.

Beautiful location

We stayed for the long weekend with family. The location is absolutely beautiful. Sunrises are an absolute must to witness. The circle K located across the street is also really convenient. The house was the perfect size for our family of 8. We loved that we could walk down to Northwinds Beach. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed making meals together. A few improvements could be made though: The outdoor deck railing doesn’t feel overly secure. Don’t lean on it. The windows: They need a clean. Even the inside windows had a ton of finger prints and were not cleaned before arrival. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and we enjoyed the communication with the property management company. Questions were answered quickly.

Would Not Stay Again

The first thing that we noticed was how dirty this home was. We wiped the tables and counters and they were really dirty.. dried up stains on the sofas.. cob webs on window sills and even around the dining table light fixture. We stayed for three nights, and we had no working AC for the first two nights. It was very uncomfortable sleeping at night. Property Management did reply quickly, and were attentive, but could not fix the AC until our last day there. The team bought us two fans to help with the heat. We were also offered to stay in another home but it did not have the water front that I had paid for. This property has a lot of potential if it was even clean. With a lake view you would think that the windows would be a little clean. They were extremely dirty with dead bugs on the sills. The dishwasher tab section was broken off, and the hot tub jets do not work on one side. We were given a small credit, but still spent a lot of money to stay here.

Celebrating 100!

Six family members recently flew out to Collingwood from various places in the country, and rented one of your properties. The occasion was most special as we celebrated a dear family friend’s 100th birthday. The location was very near to where the celebration took place. We enjoyed the view, and sound of the waves. Very comfortable for six people. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Blue View Beauty

What a fantastic location for our recent bike trip! Stunning views, easy on and off the Georgian Trail system, lots of parking, close to shopping and a delightful cafe’. The Property Valet team was excellent. Very quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. We had a glitch with the barbecue and they immediately replaced it with another one. The property was clean and well appointed. A couple of constructive suggestions: - three of the six sets of jets in the hot tub did not work, so that should be serviced; - please dust under the beds; - please add a couple more dish towels; - the utensil drawer to the left of the sink needs repair, it comes off track if pulled out too far. Overall, I would definitely recommend renting this property. Thanks to Chris and his team for a wonderful Collingwood adventure!

Great for our family!

Plenty of space for us to hang out and relax. Generous sized bedrooms and a wonderful large great room. Fabulous views across the lake and a great hot tub to relax in at the end of the day after being outside. Close to the village, town and many things to enjoy in and around the the area.

Nice property, good location, wright on waterfront, 5 min drive form blue mountain. Well stock up kitchen and beautiful view of georgian bay. Sounds of waves and hot jacuzzi will delight you after day of skiing. Very responsive property management made our trip a great success. Thank you and will definitely come back.
