🚫 POOL CLOSURE FOR SUMMER 2025: Please note that the pool will be closed from June 2nd through August 18th, 2025, due to scheduled maintenance. This timeline may be extended depending on the progress of the work. During this period, the gym, grill, fire pit, and part of the sky lounge will remain open and available for guest use as usual. Rates have already been adjusted to reflect the temporary closure.

Entering this home gives you the feeling of space, the tall ceilings and open layout provide the ‘Loft’ feel that the building was designed for.  The decor is contemporary in style, featuring exposed brick and flat concrete walls, rich wood and warm browns for a hip, downtown feel.

Located inside of one of the most sought after projects in the Romantic Zone - Loft 268 - this condo is located just one block from Basilio Badillo’s ‘Restaurant Row’, home to some of the best-rated eateries and renowned galleries, and three blocks from the Romantic Zone’s famous Los Muertos Beach.

This condo is at the end of the hallway which provides extra privacy and better views. The living area features a smart TV with access to cable TV channels using Sling TV (CNN, ESPN, TNT, NBC, USA, and many more) Netflix and other apps. Connect your device to the Bluetooth soundbar to listen to your favorite tunes. 

The bedroom features a king-size bed that is very comfortable and conveniently hosts a bedside table on each side with outlets easily accessible to charge your devices overnight. A smart TV is on display to catch your favorite Netflix shows before going to bed.  A window in the bedroom provides natural air and light and has blackout blinds for privacy.

The kitchen's quartz countertops shine alongside the stainless steel appliances. For those who cook, the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. Meals are served at the wooden dining table with seating for up to 6.

The living area has a sectional sofa with seating for 3 and sleeping capabilities for 1 more. Watch media through your favorite Smart TV Apps such as Netflix and YouTube.

The oversized bathroom has dual sinks, a huge shower, and plenty of lighting.

This condo is brand new and contains all the modern amenities. Air conditioner mini splits and fans in each room, full-size washer and dryer, and security safe for your valuables.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

- An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required.
- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons.
- Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID.
- Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in.

Other Things to Note
There are plants on the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits us every Wednesday for about 20 minutes to take care of them.

Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace.
