The WiIt house is suitable for business travelers and vacationers. There are two bedrooms, the one downstairs has a queen size bed, and the upstairs bedroom has a full-size bed, both have extra linens and blankets. A steep staircase leads to the rooms upstairs. The living room also has extra lap blankets. Complimentary WIFI with Netflix is provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with complementary and starter items. The bathroom has starter items: soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash and toilet paper. Towels are provided. Extra electric heaters and fans are provided throughout the home. Water pressure is low if more than one water source is running at the same time. NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES ON SITE AS STATES ON MAIN PAGE!!! LAUNDRY MAT NEAR BY!!! Off-limit areas are basement, attics and camper area. These and the common areas outside have security cameras for protection. (Please Note: County Policy/Regulations will not allow reservations that exceed 14 days at one time. Longer stays are not permitted.!!!.)

Beautifully decorated home!

We loved the home’s decor. Well supplied with basics, plus complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine! Would have appreciated the heat being turned on before our arrival on what was a freezing cold day. Hosts very responsive whenever we reached out. If you don’t love very firm, very thick bed pillows, suggest you bring your own. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Wilt House.

Wonderful stay at The Wilton House

My husband and our two boys (7 yrs and 2 yrs old) stayed at The Wilton House as we were in town for a family reunion. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I loved the front porch swing. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The location was also convenient to the venues our family used for the various planned activities for the weekend. I would stayed here again when coming back to visit.

Girls weekend

This place was the perfect little cottage for our girls weekend away from the kids! Was close to Harpers Ferry to go hiking and enjoy the cute little town. We also really enjoyed putting the wood puzzles together each evening!

Virginia Beach or bust

The house is adorable inside and out. Included was an awesome fire pit area, bbq grill, nice outside dining area. The host provided coffee, creamer,water and protein bars. We had an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this wonderful house.

Wonderful home

The home is beautiful! The owners did an amazing job to make us feel welcomed and at home. They provided us we unexpected amenities like coffee creamer, bottle water and even a bottle of wine. We greatly appreciated the free Netflix especially since ti rained during part of our stay. The location is ideal for our weekend adventures.

Great Place for Son’s Wedding Night

Close to everything in case of inclement weather. My son and his new bride stayed here so there wouldn’t be any issues getting where they needed to be during their wedding weekend. Chose the Wilt house because of the reviews. Cleaner than any of the local “high end” hotels/resorts.

We were in town for the comedy show at the casino. House was within walking distance however not a walk you would want to take wearing heels. Very quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants close by. The house was very clean and comfortable beds. Had a really great time!! Thank you!!!

Convenient to visit Harper's Ferry and Antietam Battlefield. Nice quiet seating areas on front porch and in the back under canopy. Inside living areas are comfortable and as shown in photos. Challenging to reach cabinets above stove, microwave and towel bar in bathroom for shorter adults. Not much storage available for food brought to cook meals. All in all a great place to stay for a few days while visiting sites in the area.

Our Stay at the Wilt House

We were in town for a wedding and stayed at the Wilt House. Travelling couldn't have been simpler. The process went smoothly and the house was lovely. It was clean, comfortable and the hosts thought of everything, even down to toiletries, in case the guests forget something. It was a great experience and if I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely book the Wilt House.

this place has cameras everywhere. no privacy at all. there are cameras inside the house and 10 cameras outside the house in private areas where normally people gather (bbq, swing lounge, patio, garage) These people are going to watch and listen to your every move to the point that you feel like your privacy is being awfully violated. this is abnormal and a total invasion of the privacy. They allowed us to bring our pet, then they turned around and lied that they didnt allow it and asked us to pay a pet violation fee!!! That was insane! We had screenshots of them allowing the pet. After all they said they "watched our pet on camera" and figured they dont want it at the property. Never met bigger incompetent double standard two face people, liars, Our stay was so uncomfortable we had to move out mid stay to the hotel for peace of mind we are not being watched.

Great little place

This place looked just as it did in the pictures. Everything described online was exactly the way it was. We stayed for 3 nights. It was a perfect little place for a get away for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again. So close to everything. The only thing i may suggest is just another sauce pan for the kitchen and maybe some dishclothes. Other then thwn it was perfect. We will stay here again if we ever go back to West Virginia .
