Great stay

The location is great, staff was beyond polite and very helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything was as described. Would recommend to family and friends.

Million dollar view and family friendly!

The views are stunning from the minute you walk in! Great accommodations for our family of 5. Master bed was super comfortable. Very safe and secure location, check in was easy and Anthony was super helpful. We loved the pools and the building location. The only negative was the road noise, but this condo far exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return! This is a very lovely unit!!

Girls Trip

The property was exactly as described. The beach was easy to access and the view from the condo was great. The living room area was very spacious. We only ended up with 4 people staying there though. My ONLY issue was that we were there for a 50th birthday celebration and this is more of a family condo where people actually live. So they had quiet hours at 10:00pm. I would definitely go back with my family, but probably not for a girls trip. There is only one key for the unit and it's a physical key. We accidently left it in the unit and had to call maintenance at 2:00am one night which was a $90 charge. The person on call was lovely and came right away, luckily for us. But just be warned, it's very easy to lock yourself out. Overall it was a nice trip.

Please do not use Biloxi Beach resort rentals

Reached out to the property manager Saturday morning to see if there was a possibility of checking in early. No response. Text about code to get in room and no response. Called number on goggle said it was closed. Finally got ahold of someone to get code to room well after scheduled check in. Got into room and went to shower and the Water stunk up room from sulfur, called on Saturday and was told they would send someone. No one showed till Tuesday. Maintenance man said “stinking water is not an emergency”. Horrible customer service from your host!! Only time actual host tried to contact me was Tuesday morning attempting to resolve issue. Was like they didn’t want to pay the overtime or holiday pay to resolve issue. They have since reached out offering to credit some money back and offer a complimentary stay. I am appreciative of the offer to rectify the situation. However, I dont want another consumer to have the same issue.

Summer family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the facility is really nice. Clean. The grounds are well kept. The facility seemed safe. However we felt that having to enter codes for every door every time you went some where was a little over kill and quite annoying. Access to the beach was close however you had to walk all the way around the building to get to the beach and unable to enter from the front of the building. Of all places to have a coded entry, this would be the place. There was a place to wash sand off from the beach but had to walk all the way around the building to enter, dragging sand through the building to access the outdoor shower/faucet area. This should be a priority fix IMO. Our particular unit was really nice. Plenty of room for our family. The beds were comfortable. The unit was kinda short on cooking supplies. It only had one skillet but we were able to make what was there work. Otherwise adequate. Some of the rules at the facility weee a little goofy. Felt like We had surveillance watching every move we made out in the pool and inside as well. Not Able to use a cart to haul your supplies out to the grilling area was a little ridiculous and inconvenient. All said. This is a nice facility w good amenities. I would certainly return in the future.

806 Sienna on the coast

The indoor couch and chairs are very low and hard to get out of. We would choose another room.

Dryer door switch was not connected allowing dryer to run with door open.unit needs attention. Very little silverware we bought more and left it there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first few days of our stay were enjoyable, although the furniture in the den was not very comfortable. The view of the Gulf was breathtaking. The second half of the stay was like being in a dentist’s chair with a drill at work. There were renovations being done nearby in the building and the noise made it difficult to have a conversation, watch TV, or have a phone call. This happened during three days of our stay and in the lat day, I left with a headache due to the noise.

Great beach side rental

The access to the I 90 road is great though but can be dangerous if the sands are all over the roads. The bed was squishy, would have preferred a harder matress but thats a personal preference.

The patio furniture was very rundown and had to be cleaned before we could sit in them. I also has to clean the patio before we could walk on it. Both the furniture and patio were full of bird droppings. The water smelled awful for about 2 days. It got better later.
