Designed for relaxation in nature and quintessential indoor-outdoor living, Upful is light-filled, airy, modern and homey. Built in 2021, this modern-rustic family home was designed by an environmental architect and is licensed by the Jamaica Tourist Board.

With the Caribbean Sea behind us to the south + the pristine Old Wharf beach just across the road, the brisk sea breezes make Upful one of the coolest spots in Treasure Beach.

Ideal for a family or friends vacationing together, our two-level four-bedroom home is spacious with lots of cozy spaces to gather, hang out and reconnect. Each level has its own private entrance, common areas and outdoor spaces.

With floor-to-ceiling louvered windows, high and vaulted ceilings plus nature-inspired décor of natural materials, each room is a breezy and light-filled indoor-outdoor space with a strong feeling of openness.

The main courtyard features a soothing overflow pool with unique artist-crafted mosaic tile art. Upstairs, the covered and uncovered roof decks offer panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill, living/TV room/den and dining room, while the top floor has an extended lounge space (for games, reading or relaxing) with kitchenette.

From the four (4) ensuite bedrooms, you can enjoy views of the garden, mountains and/or Caribbean Sea. Downstairs, two bedrooms open out to the courtyard, as well as their own individual private outdoor spaces. Upstairs, the bedrooms have sea and garden views while the master bedroom has a large private outdoor deck with panoramic views.

Our quiet residential community of Old Wharf is the most sought after. Steps away is the mostly calm and shallow Old Wharf Cove - a lovely beach experience - and Seaside, the Jakes Hotel venue for farm-to-table dinners and private events.
