The Master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The Master bathroom includes a shower & tub, sink, toilet bidet. Check-In: Check-in time is flexible, starting at 3:00 PM. Late arrivals are no problem; we`ll ensure everything is set up for you.

Self-Check-In: For ultimate convenience, we offer a self-check-in process. You`ll receive a unique access code for the smart lock on your condo door the day before your arrival via Airbnb message.

Keyless Entry: No need to worry about keys; enter your code into the keypad by the door to unlock and lock your condo.

Parking: One designated parking spot is reserved for you in our secure lot, clearly marked with your unit number.

Registration: All guests must register at the lobby where the receptionist will provide information and rules of the condominium as well as wrist bands for all guests that must be worn during the stay. The lobby in front of building C, is open from 9am-5pm. If you arrive after 5pm we will notify security of your arrival to authorize the access and security will provide the wristbands at the main gate.

Building Access: The main entrance to the condo complex is accessible 24/7 through a security gate.

Amenities Access: Your condo access code grants you entry to shared amenities 3 pools, gym, game room and beach beds.

Check-Out: Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Simply lock the door when you leave; the smart lock will secure the condo automatically.

Ride-Sharing: Uber and taxi services are easily accessible, offering a hassle-free way to explore the area without worrying about parking.

Walking: We don`t recommend walking on the main street due to the distances but the beach is very walkable and safe.

Airport: Punta Cana International Airport is approximately 10 miles away, and we can arrange or recommend shuttle services for a smooth transfer to and from your flight.

-Cleaning service upon request (towels, Bedding, Toiletries) will be changed every 3 days complementary for bookings longer than 3 days.

• Pool open for use:
Monday to Sunday 8.00 am - 9.00 pm

• Use of the pool at the user`s own risk. We do not have lifeguards.

•No pets allowed in the unit or common areas.

• Food and drinks must be taken outside the pool.

• Keep the volume of conversations and music moderate, so as not to disturb other residents.

• If an owner requests a food delivery, he must show up at the entrance to pick up the delivery himself.

• Do not hang clothes to dry in the balcony area of the unit. Each unit has its own washer and dryer for clothes.

• Do not smoke in the common area of the complex or inside the unit. a penalty of $250 USD per room or area that has trace or odor of smoking will be charged.

•Quiet time after 11pm.

•No speakers allowed in the common areas.

•Do not take the trash out to the front door.

•Do not take furnitures or items from the common areas to the unit or viceversa (only pool towels that are that will be provided as courtesy).

Failure to comply with these rules will have penalties (prohibition of the use of services) and fines of up to US $ 100.00.
