- A pedestrian only boardwalk surrounds the beach and Mission Bay creating an easily accessible community with everything you need to have the best possible experience.
- Located close to the world famous Belmont Park and the Plunge, an oceanfront amusement park and indoor pool with inflatable obstacle course.

- Comfortable living room space with sliding glass doors facing the Pacific Ocean.

- There is one parking spot designated for this unit on the south side of the building.
- This parking spot will not accommodate oversized vehicles.
- Free parking is available on the street and there are two public parking lots a short walk from the property.

Additional Amenities:
- All bed linens provided. All bath and beach towels provided.
- Shared coin-operated washer and dryer for your use.
- We provide all the little things too: paper products for bath and kitchen (paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, Kleenex), bath and hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, zip lock bags, tin foil, and cleaning products.

Toys and Entertainment:
- Main living area has brand new HD flat screen Smart TV.
- Beach toys, body boards, umbrella and beach chairs are provided.

Great location, but overpriced

Nice location right on the boardwalk with a great view of the ocean to sit outside and enjoy your meals. There was a there was a small market less than five minutes away to get essentials. Inside was clean and stocked with everything we needed ~ both in the kitchen as well as in the bedrooms. Comfortable. One issue though is in the smaller bedroom where the twin beds are. It was a bit difficult to sleep at night without a sleep mask because there was a window high up on the wall that lets in the light from the outside hallway. That outside light is on all night and shines into the bedroom. But if you have a sleep mask on, it’s no problem. Given the size of the condo, we thought the rental was a bit overpriced. The pictures create the impression that the condo is bigger than it actually is. So much so that immediately upon entering, we were surprised at how much smaller it was than the online pictures make it seem. Still though, for the three of us, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our time there.

Fabulous stay!

The property was clean and the access to the beach and walkway was great! Beautiful sunsets every night. You'll love it here. Many things to do and places to eat. Property manager was helpful and attentive. We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful time!

My family stayed her over the Thanksgiving. We had a great time. The location is fantastic and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday together. The host(s) were super accommodating and responded very quickly to the few questions that I had. I definitely recommend. Thank you!

Great location, property is dated. BEWARE: Charge a large damage deposit not refunded for 14 days

Location is awesome! Off street parking for 1 vehicle is nice. Property itself is very dated. It is right on the beach and boardwalk so you will have people walking, biking, music playing right by the patio all hours of day. Just be aware, no privacy. This property requires a large damage deposit be paid and then has notes everywhere threating to charge out of that deposit for any infraction. For example, if you leave BBQ cover off overnight, if you put lemon peels in garbage disposal, if you let the neighbor's cat onto the patio or in the unit. Not sure why we have control of cat coming onto patio? Then they don't refund that deposit until 14 days after check out. The communication with property manager is good. I dont like the fact that they want you to sign an agreement and email it back to them outside of the VRBO platform. I think there are much better places to rent in San Diego that are probably more renter friendly.

Perfect ocean front beach house

2nd time staying in this oceanfront unit. The location is the best and the unit itself was well stocked and clean. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Great mission beach stay

We had a wonderful stay at Mission Beach. The property was in a great location and met all the families needs. The owners are super responsive and very kind. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break 2023

Has never stayed in San Diego. Attended an event for 2 days at San Diego State University. Was less than 20 mins from campus. When not on campus we were at this rental. Great location. 5-10 Min walk from stores restaurant, rentals, amusement park. Place was great! No complaints!!

Perfect beach location

This was an excellent oceanfront location in mission beach. The the house was cozy we spent most of our time on the patio and at the beach. It was very well equipped with kitchen items, towels, linens, beach chairs, boogie boards etc… we would recommend this to others and would definitely rent again.

Perfect For a Family Vacation

Great experience from beginning to end. Prior to our arrival, the property manager sent detailed info on the property (parking, gaining access, features, etc). The property itself is very nice, just as described in the listing. The location is perfect, right on the ocean. And it's got everything you need for your stay. The property manager is very responsive, we texted her asking if they had boogie boards and she had some delivered within an hour. Overall, a great property, we can't have asked for a better family vacation.

Incredible location, dated property

We had a great time living right on the beach for a few days. The location is the best. The unit itself needs some TLC as it is very dated. The internal doors need replacing and a paint job, as well as the yellowing fridge and aging bathroom. I would strongly recommend the landlord update the bathroom and kitchen. Then it would be 5 star. The property manager was very nice and attentive.
