Luxury Penthouse with magnificent view of the Sea of Cortez...

“Casa Rendezvous” is a beautiful 3,750 square foot penthouse condominium with terraces off of every room. It has a breathtaking 180 degree view of the Sea of Cortez and features high beamed ceilings with marble flooring throughout. Greeting you upon entering are wall to wall glass pocket doors that open onto a generous 700 square foot terrace. The condo is an open concept which is truly wonderful for entertaining or quiet relaxation. It is furnished with exquisite Mexican furnishings throughout.

Casa Rendezvous is a fourth floor luxury villa located within the gated community of Punta Ballena in the prestigious Auberge Private Residences of the Esperanza Resort, with elevators, underground parking, guest parking, 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms.

There is a never ending view from the terraces of gorgeous morning sunrises, dolphins and whales (in season), fishing boats, and cruise ships.

From Casa Rendezvous you are just a short walk to the Spa at Esperanza which was rated the No. 1 spa in Mexico, Central and South America by Travel and Leisure Magazine. The Esperanza Resort in October 2019, was named the #1 Resort in Mexico West by Travel and Leisure. You will have access to the Esperanza Resort restaurants and spa with reservations. While staying at Casa Rendezvous, you have the luxury of room service from the Esperanza hotel. Renting this vacation home includes pre-arrival planning with your dedicated vacation planner, concierge services 24/7 while you are in Cabo, complimentary daily housecleaning and welcome Mexican appetizers and marguerites upon your arrival. Place was great... Lovely rooms and great views with whales this time of year. Ana, the concierge was super helpful in making reservations, getting groceries, etc. One thing that was a little confusing when we were booking is that you do not have access to the pools at the main resort without booking a cabana. There is also apparently an option to have access for the full week with recriprocal at Chileno Bay. We ended up not doing any of that, but this is just to help out anyone with these questions in the future.

We love the Esperenza property & this condo fulfilled our needs. We are 6 adults that stayed comfortably. The condo was clean, spacious & beautiful. Erick the concierge was wonderful, attentive & a pleasure. I would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous Rental for our family with amazing view!

We had a wonderful stay! The weather was perfect and the view was fabulous! We loved watching humpback whales jump up in the air and blow water every morning and afternoon!The sunsets and stars were amazing!Erick and Anna were so helpful with reservations and guidance!We also appreciated a prepared delicious breakfast and daily housekeeping!We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting. Our management company in Cabo unfortunately hired a new employee who was not familiar with our property and failed to schedule for daily housekeeping services which are complimentary for all our guests. We have apologized to Mr Cooper and offered him compensation for the error. We have always provided complimentary daily housekeeping to all our clients for each of the last 13 years we have owned Casa Rendezvous.

Amazing property!

We had an amazing stay, the unit is very large, on the top floor and has an amazing view. The kitchen is large, the Internet is very fast, and there are televisions in every room. If you have teens this is a must… The owner and concierge were extremely helpful in making our stay wonderful. We have stayed at the Esperanza many times in the past and we will stay at this unit in the future!

A wonderful stay

Esperanza was stunning. The grounds, pools and restaurants were all wonderful. The condo was extremely spacious and beautifully furnished. We had breakfast made each morning and the ladies stayed to clean and replenish linens. Erick the concierge arranged all our transportation, dinner reservations, golf cart (which was not needed) and sunset cruises. We would love to come back.

Great family getaway

This villa is beautiful. Plenty of room for our family of seven. Eric and Ana were fantastic to work with. The daily maid service was awesome! The view on the patio was magnificent. The only negative was the lack of Wi-Fi for all of our stay. We had to connect to the resort, which was not great. Overall, a great place to stay!!

Unfortunately there was an unexpected WiFi issue in the Esperanza Residences. It was corrected as soon as possible and has been working great since but we sincerely regret the issue arose during our guest’s stay!

Quiet and beautiful

We have stayed at Esperanza units ten times over the last 20 years. We love the resort. It is beautiful, quiet, and very well set up and appointed. The units are spacious, well maintained and the large deck and living room are and wonderful gathering places. This unit was very nice and exactly as hoped. The concierge was responsive. And this unit is very quiet and set off a bit from the others which is nice.

Wonderful stay

We had an absolutely wonderful time here, the concierge service was super helpful and made everything very easy, the place is huge, gorgeous and clean, and this side of the Esperanza resort is very quiet and private. We hope to come back again! I was worried about access to the main resort before we came, but it is a short walk and actually we preferred a lot of the amenities on the condo, said where we were as opposed to in the main resort

Great stay

Great getaway....lots of room and fantastic views. Loved being on top floor and very quiet (even the dog next door was very well behaved). Property is very well maintained. I didn't realize there are some restrictions on accessing Esperanza hotel pools....the pools close by are nice, but the Esperanza adult pool is really luxurious and would have been nice to have access.

Very nice property concierge and resort said we were only to use certain pools but staff was gracious and welcomed us everywhere so turned out great! This unit is at rear of resort with great views golf carts were always ready to help navigate

Celebrated our 2nd Wedding Anniversary in casual, elegant Cabo Luxury! Everything was wonderful, the elevator was out for the first two days, even with my husband’s bad back didn’t ruin our vacation, the owner gave us a adjustment for the inconvenience. The daily in unit chef prepared breakfast was delicious & the concierge just perfect! Can’t wait to visit again! Loved it!

Amazing!! Exceeded Expectations!

Everything about our stay was too notch! This unit is beautifully furnished with high end gorgeous wood pieces and accents. Everything was perfect, linens, toiletries, towels, appliances, dishes - all wonderful quality. The view from 3008 never gets old as whales were sprouting right in front of us. Numerous pools and restaurants on property - service was impeccable! Can't wait to go back!

Great community in Cabo

The grounds of the resort are gorgeous and it is very easy to get around the expansive property. Delicious food at many locations and attentive staff to keep the condo clean and provide anything we needed. The condo has amazing views and is beautifully decorated.
