Disney Fun is a smaller 4 bedroom home which offers a cozy feeling with all the amenities you still want.

Disney Fun 4 bedroom, 2 bath villa is located only 12 minutes from Disney’s Animal Kingdom and the other parks are only a few minute further. At night you might be able to see the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom while you’re swimming in the pool. You can enjoy an early morning swim and watch hot air balloons float by at the same time. Nicely furnished and fully equipped with everything you need to call home. You’ll love it.

The lovely living room, with a very open atmosphere, is very nicely furnished and decorated. Cable TVs in the master bedroom and living room make for a great vacation.

Disney Fun - Disney Villa Rental - The dining area in Disney Fun is next to the kitchen and a few steps from the pool. You’ll be able to save money on food and dining so you’ll have more to spend at the attractions.

Just out the back door of Disney Fun is your own private swimming pool. The east facing pool has optional pool heat (available for extra fee) to make for a very nice swim.

We like to go to the parks in the morning and then take a break in the middle of the day and take a swim. Then we are refreshed and ready to do the parks at night.

The kitchen in Disney Fun villa is fully equipped with all major appliances and many small appliance like coffee maker, toaster, microwave and more.

This home accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, including children, plus 1 infant. Be sure to include children in your guest count, thank you.

Great experience

Mr. Mark and Abby at Sunkiss Villas are very welcoming. This place is top notch i must say. We booked here because it was so close to disney and all major attractions. The kids loved the heated pool as well. Everything in this house worked flawless without any problems. The game room as nice with a pool table which myself and my father inlaw enjoyed very much. I highly recommend Sunkiss Villas in orlando to anyone looking for great price and a wonderful stay. Thanks again.

nice place but..

it should include pool heater in price even though it was 90 out freezing pool and no light for night swimming pool sticks didnt have tips seems like ac cuts off at night and you couldnt touch it cause you would lose your security deposit high chair and crib smells like pee should also update washer and drier ..pool clearner guy came over to clean pool 3 days into our stay

Family vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only "complaint" family had was bedrooms were too warm at night. Lol....I was perfectly comfortable. Pool was awesome right in backyard. Kids loved pool table and Foosball in garage tho it was a bit warm in garage. Location was great but just a warning getting to universal is about 45 minutes with traffic. Depending on which disney park its about 20 minutes . Loads of restaurants and a walmart 10 minutes in either direction. Overall for our family it was perfect. Ignore the complainer in other review who must have loved going with through with a magnifying glass nit picking. This is a well used and loved vacation home. It is not a brand new just opened resort. Enjoy!!

Good stay, great value

Needed to buy all essentials for the place. Otherwise, great location, clean property, pool heat EXCELLENT. Hot air balloons on Saturday morning and a lightning storm behind the clouds 😍

Not Qualified As Super Host

The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. The stove the main range broken and who knows if their going to fix it; it’s an old stove. Oven was Disgustingly dirty. Dishwasher didn’t work. Refrigerator is old with rust stains from top to bottom of door. Ice maker is about to break; makes strange noises. Vertical blinds were torn. Sliding door to pool didn’t close properly. Pool water wasn’t cleaned. Furniture was dusty throughout the home. Carpet was old and had stains in certain locations. Washer was dirty and rusted. Pool table top was badly torn from improper use. Pool sticks were damaged. Outdoor Garbage can missing a wheel. Large beehive forming by Waterhouse on wall of house; lots of Yellowjackets. The Manager was rude and appeared to have a routine of what to say for issues throughout the home. As of these issues have been problems for many people prior to our stay. Home needs upgrades and some TLC. We were disappointed with our stay and don’t recommend this home to anyone.
