This nautical themed, well lit, 2 bed/1 bath condo is 1/4 mile from the ferry terminal within the Causeway Harborview condo complex. One of the most sought after condo complexes on the island has a pool and outdoor lounging area so you can enjoy the view of the ocean from this beautiful condo, or walk to town for an up-close view of the MV shoreline. Short distance from the ferry, restaurants/shops, bike path and bus station for easy access to the rest of the island.

Matt was a wonderful host and my family comfortably enjoyed our stay in his condo in Vineyard Haven. The community pool was a huge plus for my children, who had a constant source of entertainment. Downtown was a short walk away and there were many things to do. It was a great jumping off point to explore the whole island.

Wonderful cozy stay!

This was a lovely place to stay on Martha's Vineyard. The space is not huge, but very well laid out and tastefully decorated. The living room couches were especially comfortable! Matthew is an excellent, responsive host.

Great Vineyard Haven spot

This is a good location that gives easy access to everything in Vineyard Haven. The property is clean and meets all the needs. The pool is very clean. Communications with the landlord were great. All issues were resolved with easy comms.

Perfect spot

Cute, clean place with beach chairs and a pool. Easy walk to Vineyard Haven. Matthew was easy to get in touch with when we had a problem and very helpful. Don’t miss out on his dinner recommendations-Rockfish and 19 Prime in Edgartown. MV does not disappoint. A wonderful trip.

The Perfect Stay

Our family stayed in this lovely condo in a immaculately cleaned and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was very comfortable and tucked away in a quiet complex with a well-maintained in-ground pool. We could easily walk to the venue as well as shops and restaurants, although we did bring our own vehicle and did a bit of driving since kids were with us. Matthew is an excellent host. Very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable about the island. He helped us promptly with a couple of questions upon our arrival. We wish all of our rental experiences could be like this! Highly recommend. We would love to stay here again when we return.

Great spot and host

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is in good condition and about a 15minute walk to ferry and bus station to get to other towns. The host was very communicative and checked in throughout our stay. Make sure you read his note about the address and how to get there before you go! The home was very clean except for under the beds. We appreciated the available beach gear as we were traveling light without a car. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, clean, and walkable

We fully enjoyed our stay. Matthew was super communicative, and the condo was welcoming and pristine. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We didn't bring a car to the island, but the house was within easy walking distance of the ferry, grocery store, shops, and restaurants. (And the bus system is super easy to use.)

Great Get-away!

This quaint cozy condo was perfect for an unexpected get-away. We loved walking to town and also taking the bus to Oak Bluffs. Our stay flew by, was incredibly relaxing and just perfect. Thank you!

Convenient location and well appointed house

This condo worked out great for our work crew. Well located, clean, nice outdoor space too, as well as a super friendly neighborhood cat. My only complaint is that there was no coffee maker but a Keurig with no K Cups. Otherwise, we’re super happy.

Beautiful Property

The property was really nice and clean. The property included a lot of the amenities to make our stay comfortable. The property manager was responsive to all our questions. I would only suggest adding an AC unit to cool the back rooms during the summer and a broom/ dust pane for guest to use to clean.

Beautiful Condo

I had a great stay. It was my first time on MV. This place is very convenient to local restaurants and shops. A few minutes to the Steamship Authority. The parking and and pool are right outside the door. The condo is neat and is stocked with all the basics for a comfortable vacation. The host is very responsive. I look forward to staying there again.

Amazing!

This condo was super cute and clean in a desirable location. Everything was provided, including beach gear, towels, etc, which was very convenient. There was even a little surprise for us upon arrival. We knew the development had a pool but were pleasantly surprised that it was right out our front door! We couldn’t have been in a better location. The host is very accommodating and responded to my every question immediately prior to the trip. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return myself.

July 4th weekend getaway

Extreamly accommodating, very responsive to any questions or requests. We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and some local craft beers, a very generous thought! The unit was very clean, comfortable & quiet. The location was ideal for getting on and off the boat with a vehicle (only 5 minutes away!) We spent a lot of time in the condo due to the rain but we were glad we had a nice space to enjoy. I would highly recommend!

After moving to MV 4 years ago due to work, I purchased this condo as my residence. I have since pursued work off-island and continue to use my condo for vacation as well as to provide an affordable place for others to vacation and enjoy the beautiful island.

Designed for the average family vacationing on Martha's Vineyard, we provide everything needed for a successful stay here on island. Packing to vacation on an island can be tricky but we sought to make that easier. With linens and beach gear provided and walkable to the closest grocery store. All you need is your family and your bathing suits.
