This private beach club condo located at Samaria Club de Playa resort in Pozos Colorado, Santa Marta Colombia with stunning views of the Caribbean sea and Sierra Nevada mountains. With access to swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, game room, and direct access to the beach.

The Condo features: Complimentary internet Wi-Fi, 2HD TVs with TV cable access and access to all the common area amenities from the building complex. These include swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, game room, restaurants, and direct access to the beach.

NOTE: Samaria beach club requires the purchase of a bracelet at the moment of check-in with the building front desk. The cost of the bracelet is $50.000 COP/per person (approximately $15 USD) for guests 5 years of age and older. This must be worn during your stay to access all the common areas of the building complex.

TAYRONA NATIONAL NATURAL PARK: a is a magical slice of Colombia's Caribbean coast, with stunning stretches of golden sandy beach backed by coconut palms and thick rainforest. Behind it all rise the steep hillsides of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, the world's highest coastal mountain range. The park stretches along the coast from the Bahía de Taganga near Santa Marta to the mouth of the Río Piedras, 35km east, and covers some 12,000 hectares of land and 3000 hectares of coral-rich sea.

PLAYA BLANCA: Playa Blanca is about as good as it gets. A short boat ride from Santa Marta, this calm beach away from the larger concentrations of tourists is ideal for leisurely swimming as well as snorkeling and water sports like banana boats or mini diving classes. MINCA: small village nestled in the northern Colombian hills, it is an excellent option for anyone looking to escape the gritty city of Santa Marta for those a little bit bored of the beaches and popularity of Tayrona and Taganga. 45 minutes away from the much more popular coastal town of Santa Marta is a few degrees cooler than elsewhere in this part of the country, but still perfect for sitting outside to enjoy your morning coffee and breathe in the unparalleled views. Your days here will be spent walking from farm to waterfall through the jungle, uncovering the secrets of cacao and coffee, chasing elusive birds, and indulging in hidden moments of serene relaxation amongst tranquil, unspoiled nature. Pozo Azul is a collection of three swimming areas on the river that runs by Minca. It’s a great swimming hole with a big waterfall and a perfect spot for cliff jumping!

THE LOST CITY: The Lost City, or Ciudad Perdida, is the archaeological site of an ancient indigenous city in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. Hidden in the jungle for over a thousand years, the Lost City was found in 1972 when treasure hunters followed a series of stone steps leading up to an abandoned city. The nearly 30 mile trek takes visitors through farmland and jungle on an unforgettable six-day journey. Part of the adventure includes trekking over mountains filled with exotic plants and animals, climbing stone paths through dense jungle, bathing in waterfalls and sleeping in indigenous villages.

PARQUE DE LOS NOVIOS: The Parque de los Novios is located a few blocks inland from the beach in the center of Santa Marta. It is close to the Historic Center of the city. Look for many interesting attractions around the park, including churches, colonial buildings and the International Marina. Simón Bolívar Park is several blocks north of the area. The plaza is a hub of activity and entertainment. Let the kids play in the fountains around the statue. Prepare yourself for a random burst of salsa dancing or a fire performance by a street performer. Many of the restaurants’ outdoor seating areas spill into the park, which generates a communal atmosphere.
