Construit en 1902 et récemment rénové avec amour Villa von Boyen brille aussi dans le 21e Siècle dans toute sa splendeur de l'architecture Gründerzeit. Intérieur et de l'équipement sont à jour et pas seulement répondre à tous les besoins en matière de fonctionnalité, mais peuvent aussi être esthétiquement rien à désirer.
La villa a été entièrement rénové en 2013 et réaménagé. L'équipement comprend toutes les commodités dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances reposantes peut désirer: des lits confortables (2 sommiers) et Foutons, flambant neuf salles de bains, cuisine entièrement fonctionnelle et très bien équipés aux salles de séjour confortables, chacune avec une cheminée en fonte. Beaucoup de détails compilées individuellement et amoureusement disposés donnent toute la villa une atmosphère de confort. Par temps clair, la vue de toute la maison étend sur la ville jusqu'à l'Kaiserstuhl.

A great house for family gatherings

We traveled with our 4 children and their significant others (9 of us). The location and accommodations were perfect for us). Uta was a wonderful host and her home is beautiful.

We had a wonderful time in Freiburg with a Group of 8 friends. The house was as described, very clean and convenient and nicely decorated. Fully equipped with all you need. Additionally, perfect communication with owner and quiet and friendly neighborhood. Clear recommendation!

A week in Freiburg

Fantastic house and perfect for our week. We had 80 old grandparent so no trekking or mountain biking, but instead trips into Alsace, wine tasting (kids went to Europa Park) and fun exploring Freiburg. Communication was great, bikes available if we wanted them, could not have wished for better.

Beautiful home in Freiburg

We had a great stay at Ute’s house. It’s a short walk to the local neighborhood restaurants and cafes and about 25 min walk to the Freiburg Cathedral. The house is very spacious and has everything you could need.

Two families from America with young children

The house was beautiful, very spacious and private for our group of 9. We were also close to everything, so it was easy to walk or drive anywhere we wanted to go. We were on a multiple week trip, so it was a huge relief to be able to have access to a washer and dryer. Uta has everything very organized with plenty of information and was quick to answer any questions etc! The home has everything you would need to cook etc. It was rainy during our stay, but the outdoor area would have been great for families to eat dinner and relax.

Fantastic House, wonderful location

We had 8 adults comfortably stay in this house. The social areas are large and there are plenty of facilities to cover all our dining plans. The location allowed us to take day trips easily and was within a short distance of shops. Fantastically presented, with enough trust and freedom from the host to use as we needed. We would stay again in a heartbeat and we were all thoroughly sad our stay here came to an end.

Family Gathering

We are 3 families with 3under 2 years old. The blue house was ideal to come together and celebrate birthdays. A very pleasant walk into the Aldstad too. Lots to do and many places to eat. The house had everything we could need for our short break.

Family gathering

We had plenty of room for our family gathering in a very nice area of Freiburg. Uta was very helpful and responsive. Accommodation was good for all ages. Although very well equipped, the kitchen was rather small for catering for a large group. Pleasant walk into the old town and local shops good for most needs.

Perfect family vacation spot

Lots of room to spread out and spaces to gather. Wonderful gardens surround the home and provides great opportunities for making memories. Very walkable to Freiburg. A fun bakery just down the street and easy access to highways. Parking on site. Laundry… what more can one ask? The photos do not do it justice. Thank you Uta!

It was a fabulous stay.

We got married up in the Black forest and rent this VRBO out for the whole week for some of the family from the US to Stay. It was absolutely amazing. So amazing that we even had our "First look" in the Yard because it was so beautiful. Unfortunately it rain a lot during out stay and we didn't had a chance to get use to the amazing outdoor patio seating. Hopefully next time when we will be back. :)

Holiday Treat

Uta's home is beautiful and provided our family a wonderful experience during our recent visit just ahead of Christmas. She even decorated the house for us for the holiday season. We enjoyed the local village near the house, and her home provided a wonderful base as we enjoyed exploring Freiburg and taking several day trips in the surrounding area. After leaving, we went to Switzerland for the rest of our vacation, but our family all agreed our time in Freiburg was the highlight of our trip.

Perfect home away from home

We stayed for a week (and immediately regretted not staying for two!). The house is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. During the summer, the wealth of windows allowed for cooling cross breezes throughout the day. The air smelled like honey. The beautiful flower garden provides relaxing mornings and evenings. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The downstairs apartment gives a second, private space if needed. The bus is at the bottom of the hill, and connects you to the city center in minutes. The owner was quick to respond to texts, and was prompt and kind with directions (especially about trash, as we were unfamiliar with local separation and recycling processes).

Outstanding stay in a wonderful house in a city

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Freiburg for Christmas. We were an extended family from Australia looking to stay together in Germany, and this house was perfect for us. It was professionally managed, a beautiful place and in a wonderful location- a 20 minute walk to the city and ideal for cycling or running through the forest in the hills right behind the house. Uta was a pleasure to deal with and we left (despite the absence of snow) with a wonderful impression of the city. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fabulous house in wonderful location

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is beautiful, with a big sitting/dining kitchen area and multiple outdoor decks and balconies. (The downstairs area can also form a self-contained flat with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and seating area. The main kitchen is very well equipped and it was lovely to sit around a meal (either at the table inside, or out on the deck) as the sun set. The location is wonderful. It's about a three minute walk down the hill to the bus stop for a five-minute bus ride into the city centre, or just a 15-20 minute walk overall. In the other direction, two minutes walk up the road brings you to the forest and a multiplicity of walking paths and trails. The road is a quiet one and there is free parking on the street as well as one dedicated off-street parking place (our party had two cars but we never had any problem finding a parking space on the street outside the house). Within five or ten minutes walk there are multiple bakeries, Gaststätten, supermarkets and a very good ice cream shop. We would be very happy to return here and hope we have the chance to do so. The price fairly reflects the location, the gardens, the comfort of the house itself, and for a larger group - there is a total of 5 double bedrooms - it works out well. Uta was a very responsive host and we really appreciated her efforts to make sure everything was just right when we arrived! Wirklich hervorragend! Danke Uta!

Wir haben mit drei Generationen – von den Großeltern bis zum Kleinkind – eine wundervolle Woche in Freiburg verbracht.Das großzügige Haus hat uns sofort begeistert: viel Platz, stilvolle Einrichtung und eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Jeder konnte sich wohlfühlen – ob beim gemeinsamen Kochen, Spielen oder einfach beim Entspannen im großen Wohn-/Esszimmer.Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles war durchdacht und von hoher Qualität. Besonders schön war der weite Blick über die Stadt – bei gutem Wetter bis hin zum Kaiserstuhl. Ein besonderer Dank gilt auch der Gastgeberin, die uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps und Informationen zu Freiburg und der Umgebung unterstützt hat. Dadurch konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt abwechslungsreich und gut geplant gestalten.Ein ideales Haus für Familien, die Gemeinschaft, Komfort und Stil schätzen – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
