There are two adjacent apartments, both individual. with their own bathrooms You are looking now at the part called "Saperavi", which is rented individually and separately. You will not be sharing this space with anyone. The adjacent apartment is also under my listings. If you are coming as two different families or two different couples, you could rent both apartments (subject to availability).
The apartment is located on Aghmashenebeli Avenue, the vibrant part of Tbilisi. The building is a 19th-century architectural gem and a historic site protected by law. The apartment is a studio where the bedroom area is well separated from the dining space and kitchen. High ceilings, original wooden floors, and unique decor create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
Aghmashenebeli Avenue is a vibrant and lively area. Many places that you may need are just across or around the corner (metro, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, exchange points, theaters, minibusses). We counted about 20 amazing eating spots within 10 minutes of walking distance. There are 3 Drama theaters in the neighborhood, as well as many boutique shops.
The metro (Marjanishvili station) is right around the corner. Numerous minibusses pass by the building, and you could simply walk up to Rustaveli (crossing the bridge and going uphill on Elbakidze), or walk to the old town through the "new Plekhanov" area. Directions will be provided upon check-in.
Please note that there is no elevator, and the apartment is located on the third floor. Stairs are not strenuous. It is a traditional authentic 19th century Tbilisi building.
