The tan house on Myakka River provides access to the river with a beautiful view. This property has units; 1st floor and 2nd floor. the 2nd floor is the unit that is vacant.
Take a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to a seafood restaurant or a park across the street with a canoe/kayak launch, fishing and tables with barbecue.
Warm Mineral Springs is about a 5 minute drive away so you can have a relaxing swim in beautiful scenery.
Master bedroom with a king size bed. Second bedroom has queen size bed with 2 closets. Living room view of the Myakka River and balcony.

Wonderful little spot!

We loved this location! We enjoyed our coffee on the deck and loved being right around the corner for a great restaurant that we were able to walk to. Just 15 min to beaches and downtown Veince Beach but in a quiet neighborhood out of the hustle & bustle! And, I have to say, this is the cleanest place we have ever stayed!

Great Place, Great Location

Nice clean place. Very convenient to Cool Today park. The restaurant at the end of the street is awesome too. This is the second time I've rented this home. Prefect for my buddy and i when weve come to visit for Atlanta Braves spring training. I would definitely rent again.

Charming place - very spacious

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family. It is a very spacious and open floor plan layout that is conveniently located next to Tamiami Trail.

Great Place Close to CoolToday Park

A friend and i came to visit for Atlanta Braves Spring training and this place was great! Very close to the park and it was great having two bedrooms and bathrooms. It was nice having a good restaurant so close you can walk. Only word of caution, if you sit by the water be sure to put on bug spray to protect against mosquitoes. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Pretty and Clean Apartment

The apartment is on the second floor. We loved the outdoor screened in porch, view of the canal and proximity to a restaurant/bar on the water. Very enjoyable.

Perfect Golf Get Away

The house was perfect. The Host was perfect. Really enjoyed the lovely house and yard. The deck overlooking the canal and river was excellent. Nice neighborhood. The smart entertainment center with local programming too in the Livingroom was awesome. Linens were top shelf quality. Everything we needed was there. All in all a relaxing and easy in, easy out, stay. Larisa was very kind and helpful. We would certainly stay there again and likely will.

Perfect location

This place was a perfect fit for this trip! We were in town to meet up with friends. The apartment is spacious and well kept. There was a sunroom and a screened porch. The bed was comfy. The only reason for the 4 stars, is that there was not clear instructions about checking in/out, don't drink the water. We had to reach out, though Larisa was very responsive. With that being said, I would still stay here again and check the availability next time we are in town. Great place!

Perfection on the Myakka!

What a lovely surprise! Within a few minutes walk to Tarpon Point Restaurant and right across the road from a super nice easy kayak launch! But even better was the lodging! Super clean, spacious & uncluttered with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Very comfortable mattresses & bed linens. Super large TV, with 2 decks overlooking canal. Plenty of towels and 4 areas to dine (3 inside, 1 outside). Great wi-fi and Larisa was a superb quickly responsive host. Will definitely try & return here!

We were very satisfied with our stay at Lori’s place. She was great with working with us for checkin. The master bed is very comfortable! Her place was very clean and tidy. We will definitely consider her rental in the future.

Christmas Holiday

The whole process of renting this property to checking out was quite simple. Everything we needed was supplied (except washer/dryer) and the home is quite spacious, new kitchen appliances, a great view of the river, and in a quiet neighborhood. Downtown Venice is just minutes away and Sarasota is very easy to get to. We definitely will consider renting here again!

Very happy with the accommodations

Stayed at this property for one week with my wife and two daughters. Unfortunately we were there for not so happy family circumstances but was very accommodating. Very clean, and nice location. The neighbors were very nice as well. Love the view of the canal from the back deck.
