Awesome lake view house right off the strip Built new 2021. Nothing newer or better located in GOTL. Quiet yet walkable to everywhere in town. Once you stay here, having happy hour & your morning coffee overlooking the lake, you'll never want to stay anywhere else in town. Park cars at the house and walk the town!

This house sleeps six, with two bedrooms upstairs and an in-law suite downstairs. An open concept living space upstairs includes a full granite kitchen, and great room with gathering and dining areas. There is a bathroom with shower upstairs and an en-suite bathroom with tub downstairs. The crown jewel of the house is the elevated deck that allows guests to watch beautiful sunsets each night of their visit. Lake Access with steps into water.

Elevated desk space overlooking the lake. A perfect work or puzzle place. Plenty of space and places to gather and interact. Two couches and a large table to enjoy and interact, dine, or watch a movie on the large screen TV.

Great stay!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and I’m glad that we found this place! It was about 15 minutes from Spire and a great location on the strip. I would definitely stay again!

GOTL

This was our first time to GOTL and we loved it. The cottage we stayed in was nice and close to downtown. We had 6 adults and 2 small children, we all fit but it was tight. Beds were just ok and they need new pillows. The balcony is awesome that allows nice lake views.

great little place with lots nearby

While we went for Thanksgiving and everything was mostly closed we found this to be a great little place. It was nice to be able to see the lake out the window and get there with a short walk. I would appreciate it if the owner would take a little more care with higher-quality toilet paper.

Beautiful place, perfect location

Better than described. Easy check in, spotless, and right on the lake, but just a 30 second walk from the strip. Mid strip, so it's quieter. Some have mentioned parking being an issue. Not at all for us. Plenty of space for our two cars. Some have mentioned clutter outside the entrance. It's not bad. In fact, my Dad took pics of the simple bench so he can build a couple. The rooms are spacious and the in law suite is especially nice. It has everything you need. Very nice and I'll definitely stay again when visiting the north shore.

Perfect Getaway Spot

Our stay at Terry's property in Geneva on the Lake provided my husband and I the perfect (and much needed) getaway. The place is located on a short side street right off the main shops of GOTL and ends at Lake Erie. You could see and hear the water from the house - this was an added bonus for us. There is a desk in a small nook that my husband LOVED and was able to work at all week. Nearby beach was easy to access. We plan on going back to GOTL and would definitely stay at this property again. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Downstairs was a bonus apartment that would be great for additional guests. Owner was very accommodating and available to reach if needed.

Listed inaccurately

We booked this place as it was listed as 3 bathrooms but only had 2. I sent the manager a screenshot of the listing and it has since been updated. They did respond very quickly to a couple of small issues. The unit was a very good location in GOTL and had a nice balcony view of Lake Erie. Just basic though but worked fine!

Enjoyed our stay

This property is in an excellent location about as good as you can get. I was a little disappointed as cleanliness is extremely important to me. There was quite a lot of cobwebs everywhere and the outside right before you come in it’s definitely not make you want to jump and it kind of makes you cautious of what’s to come. overall everything was as described. The furniture could’ve been more comfortable, but it was as pictured and sort of expected. We really had a terrific time and like I said before the location is excellent. I think it just needs a little pick me up.

Not for us

Property located off the main road. Very loud location where you can hear motorcycles a lot along with the concerts they had daily. Parking is very tight. There is no grassy area for your pet. You have to go to the neighbors grassy areas for your pet. The steps going to the shoreline are extremely steep and not safe. Outside of the house could have been cleaned better. It was covered in webs.

Great Location

Very nice home, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfection, a few things I feel compelled to mention for the courtesy of other renters, the view is nice, from the deck, there is no outdoor space otherwise. We rented pet friendly and not realizing the living space was upstairs with no carpet on the very small steep slippery steps, no good for dogs. We carried our pug up and down EVERY time we took him out. And bring baby gates, those steps are dangerous! And privacy was our other issue. We have rented several times from vrbo and never have been escorted through the rental at check in and then have the owner stay and do work around the 2 homes he owned. Coming back several times the next few days. We realize work must get done but we felt as if we had no privacy. Every time we went out on the deck, there he was. So if you have small kids, dogs, elderly or handicapped I am not sure this is the house for you. Otherwise it really is nice. Just not for us.

OK for last minute trip

First time at GOTL. We booked this only a week or so before our stay. The location to the strip was very convenient. It does have a nice lake view from the deck. The condo is stacked. Parking is a challenge on the street. There are no yards on this street. Property is not lake front. The steps down to the lake are rickety , and at the bottom it is just a cement sidewalk. Really not inviting to lounge and not really swimmable. The entrance to the private steps is very weedy and overgrown. Not inviting at all. Some of the other properties have a very inviting lawn down to the lake , manicured with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the lake. This property does not. But - if you aren’t gonna be hanging at your place much the condo is comfortable , clean , has all you need in the kitchen. Owners were helpful. Seems the property may be in the process of getting upgrades. Some unfinished carpentry etc. would I stay here again - maybe. I’d most likely choose something on the end of the strip with more inviting access to the lake. We enjoyed the old timey feel of GOTL .. Eddies is a treat and enjoyed some of the live music night life. If you have dog Ruff Life on the Lake is a good food spot to bring a dog with dog themed food and it was pretty good. Enjoyed the wineries and the state park.

We had an amazing time. The balcony up stairs living is great to listen to the water and view sunsets. Great spot to be able to walk to the strip. We were worried about walking our lil dogs but we had no issues in a public field space behind the eateries across the street. We will be back. PS my daughter solved the cube puzzle !!

Location is everything

We stayed at this property for the thunder on the strip bike event. We were able to park our vehicles at the cottage and never really need to use them again until it was time to leave. That's property provided everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. As stated in the description it is directly across the Street and within walking distance of all the bars and shops on the strip. from the cove

Nowhere newer in the area. Best location to everything in GOTL, as well as an easy drive to the wineries, beaches, Ashtabula Harbor, downtown Cleveland, Erie/Presque Isle.
