Magnifique condo de 2 chambres juste à côté de la célèbre 5th Ave à Playa Del Carmen. Appartement au rez-de-chaussée ultra chic avec un décor impertinent, moderne et élégant qui séduira vos sens. Appareils haut de gamme. 1 très grand lit, 1 grand lit et 2 canapés-lits simples pliants. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Petit complexe de condos, donc pas beaucoup de monde et de bruit. Condo surplombe la piscine, à 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage. A garage w / parking privé et ascenseur. Entièrement meublé, tout est neuf. Emplacement enviable à quelques pas de la 5ème avenue et à 2 minutes à pied de la belle plage de Shangri La.

Michael the host was wonderful. some minor glitches with water heater but taken care of. Highly recommend staying there. close to 5th ave, great shops, food, drinks at you disposal. very mid pool on sites and beaches walking distances. 5 stars to Michael and his wife Neal Kubala

Beautiful condo in excellent location

Lovely, spacious, deluxe accommodations. The property mgt company has excellent customer service during office hours. Parking in garage needs to be confirmed and for smaller vehicles only. Street parking is paid with max 6 hours during day but there is a 24 hrs lot not too far. Loved the bakery across the street and being on the quieter end of Avenida 5.

Good Location... unit Needs TLC

The location is great and the condo building is older but with a nice pool area. The condo unit was spacious, but requires a lot of TLC. We had issues with no running water, no warm/hot water, and no flushing toilets, which continued into the 4th day. No bedding for the pull out beds on check-in; provided 2 sheets the next day but still no blankets. Check-in instructions/building entry codes provided through VRBO app were incorrect; property manager emailed new codes but wasn't until late on check-in day through email which we did not have access to while traveling. No unit key provided on check in; stated the last people had taken it which made us feel unsafe. Unit was not clean (had to rewash dirty glasses/coffee pot, stains on couch, beds, sheets, towels, and a bar of used soap and cup of dirty tissues left in the master bath/bed. There was a huge hole in the wall in the kids bedroom with drywall falling on our 4 year old. The pumbing issues caused us to miss out on the first few days of our vacation as we were always in the unit waiting for maintenance to fix things. On day 4, after the A/C woke us up in the middle of the night sounding like it was about to explode and draining fluid all over our belongings, we decided to book a different rental. The property manager attended to issues promptly and the owners were prompt with communication and refunded us for our stay. This condo has good potential if the owners address the maintenance and cleanliness issues.

Location, good people, space to spread out

You cannot beat this location or the people we encountered throughout this location in our experiences both at the condo complex as well as the surrounding businesses. The condo itself: the pictures need updating since they have updated the condo, so this is good with new paint and couch. Also the complex itself is now a grey-blue color and white instead of red and yellow. Hopefully more updates in this condo units future but we were very comfortable after a few days. We stayed a total of 5 nights as we are bouncing around a bit trying to research Playa del Carmen. This is a very spacious, 2/2 condo. This feels more like a home than a condo. We are very thankful to those pet friendly folks that host and will always do our best to be respectful with our pet. On another note: shout out to Adrian for being a good property manager. Another shout out to the security guard that sleeps during the day to keep eyes out for the night. It was a treat having our evening and morning greetings with his little English and our little Spanish.

Great spot!

Better than pictured! Everything worked great, the host was super helpful the entire time. One of the best locations in Playa. Good wifi. I would stay here again.

A wonderfull time

The condo was as advertised. Any problems were handled quickly by Moskito.The first month was a little noisy as there was construction in the building next door, it was just about complete when we left.The pool was well maintained and cool place to meet neighbours in the afternoon. There was some problems with the security doors not opening so we carried the garage door opener with us so we always had a way in. By the second month this problem had disappeared. The condo was clean and very spacious when we had visitors down. Good access to lots of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our vacation in Playa del Carmen

We rented this condo from December 18, 2017 to January 4, 2018. While the condo is nice, clean, well appointed and very well situated, we would never rent it again. While we were there, a building was in construction next door. Had I known this, I would have cancelled my booking ahead of time. Unfortunately, the condo owner was not forthcoming and did not advise me. As a result of the non-stop construction, not withstanding the incessant noise, the pool was dirty and the deck, plants were covered in dust. Additionally, birds and bats were numerous in the evenings. Droppings on the deck, sun chairs and on the walls of the building were all over. I had to complain to get this cleaned up. It was finally done the day before we left. We would never rent this one again.

DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO!

At 1st walking in I said ah it's okay, took a look around and said it will do & we didn't plan to spend much time inside anyway. Showers are very dirty, the grout is almost black. There were little bugs flying around the condo, large cracks all over the ceiling, the end of the cabinet looks like there was a leak and the panel is all warped and they screwed it back in with drywall screws, I decided to cook one night and out came cockroaches that was my last straw! Let me not forget to tell you how the boiler kept going out and we had no hot water all week and didn't want to wait around waiting for maintenance to show up since we had lost a vacation "day" doing that once already. It also has a very weird smell to the place, not sure if it's mold or something else. They did have things you could borrow for the beach which was a +. But I'd never stay here again. Location is quiet and there is an xoxo & bakery across the street. Management was good. It's not the prettiest street but you are just around the corner from 5th Ave which is nice but the filth and all the issues I personally had in the condo was not worth it. Next time im shopping around for a cleaner nicer looking place.

Comfortable condo in good location

Condo is good. Very spacious and clean. Great deck. location is convenient to 5th avenue and the beach. Very little street noise. Good appliances. Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced.

The Greatest Ever

this location is PERFECT for tourists! The property managers are incredible and knowledgeable about the area and the best places to eat, to swim, to shop, everything. I will absolutely go to Mexico again and stay here because its easy going, clean, and comfortable and close to absolutely everything. Laura helped us to get settled in and I would not trade her for the world. Also we were given resources in case any maintenance issues arise. Stay here and nowhere else! xoxox Sasha

Amazing condo and location!!!

The condo was amazing!!!! Very spacious, clean and the pool area is a vacation in itself!! The condo is in VERY SHORT walking distance to 5th ave shops and great restaurants!! You can even walk to the bus station, plenty of beaches and the ferry to Cozumel!!! Loved this condo!!

Playa trip

We had a great time in Playa and staying in the condo. It had anyting and everything we needed for our stay.The condo was very clean and wonderfully decorated.We called the owner a couple of times for directions and advice and they were promt and helpful. I can't remember all the great meals we had but the last night we just got lucky and went to Los Tabernacos. It was wonderful. The best desert I have ever tasted. 5th street and beach is in easy walking distance and if you get to far you can catch a cab back to condo at a resonable price. We took a tour to see the Mayan Temple Coba' & a Mayan village. The Coba' trip was great but i do not reccomend the Mayan village trip. We hope to return trip to Playa real soon.

FANTASTIC LOCATION!! Highly recommend this Condo!

Very nice condo! Within walking distance to anywhere. Beach is less than 2 blocks away & restaurants within 1 block! It was our first time renting a condo and wasn't quite sure what to except- this condo was beyond what we expected!! Very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, huge balcony overlooking the pool, great concierge service as well. Private pool for the condo building only (small building so not too many people). The pictures are exactly what'll you'll get! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking in the Playa del Carmen area!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with this area from the beginning. It's beautiful and has still mainained it's old world charm. We love it because it's still very natural and not overbuilt - yet ALIVE!
