Near Downtown, OTR, 1 mile to Reds/Bengals Stadiums, 15 minutes from airport, easy access to I-71 & I-75, bus stop at the driveway, 1/2 mile from P&G & downtown businesses, plus 1 mile to UC campus & hospital. But wait, there's more: Off-street parking for 3 cars unblocked. Perfect WFH set up: stocked kitchen, gym, two decks, TV, space for work/meetings with a dry erase wall, bar, etc. Great for business or family groups!

We now have changing tables, pack n plays, bottle sterilizer, and other baby amenities that can be included after booking to make travel with a baby MUCH easier and way more pleasant!

Could have been the best VRBO experience ever!

We came to Cinci for a wedding weekend and was advised of all the possible hotels to stay in while visiting. The expense of getting 3 hotel rooms for our family and just the hassle of trying to make it work was overwhelming. Had a thought of VRBO and wow...this one was the only left that fit our needs, price point & what a surprise. We truly felt like we were on vacation and not busy with all of the wedding stuff. This home is a gem! WOW - super easy and we wish we could go back in the winter just to get the "feels" there of a cozy day. You will not go wrong with your home away from home experience here. Loved the work out room! Thank you!

Best place to stay in Cincinnati

We stayed here for my birthday weekend in August 2023, and to do all things Cincinnati (Reds games, zoo, casino, etc). The house itself is super unique, spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. We had 3 couples staying for the long weekend, and we loved that every floor had its own bedroom and full bathroom. In addition, the large, upstairs deck had great views and was spacious enough for all of us to hang out comfortably. Aside from the house, the location is excellent. We were a short car / Uber ride from everything Cincinnati has to offer. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

Cincy College Visit Trip

We were coming to Cincinnati to visit two colleges and we included a Reds game and visit to the museums at Union Terminal. The house was perfect! The location is ideal for getting to all the great sites in Cincinnati. The house is spectacular - great views, super clean and spacious. All of the little extras provided by the host are top notch. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Cincinnati.

Great Getaway

The property had a ton of extras which we weren't even expecting that made the stay more enjoyable. Marcus was very thorough and made sure everything was good for our stay. We were able to take advantage of some great OTR restaurants and the 5 minute Uber ride was nice.

Downtown House

House was absolutely fantastic. Very clean, very spacious and top to bottom full of amenities. This place has everything one could possibly think of regarding a place to stay, although this place is truly much more than that. Stuff like extra blankets everywhere in the house, charging cables of electronic devices provided, even scented oils and noise canceling devices in the bedrooms. You do not need to look any further than this place for somewhere to stay while in Cincinnati. Close to everything, either walkable or worst case by Uber or Lyft for very little cost because of its proximity to all things downtown. If looking for downtown Cincy accommodations, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

A Great Experience

My family came to Cincinnati for our mother's funeral. We wanted a property where we could all be together to support each other. This home was perfect! We had two couples and one teenager. Each had a bedroom on a separate floor and a private bathroom. The house was located ideally. We could quickly get to the stores and restaurants as needed, and it was only 15 minutes from Spring Grove Cemetary. Our host, Marcus, couldn't have been nicer, more responsive, or more concerned that we had a wonderful experience. This is a gem of a property. The only thing that could have been better was the reason for the trip. Thank you, Marcus!

Wonderful Christmas Stay

We came to visit family during Christmas. Despite a blizzard, our family of 5 did not feel on top of eachother while spending so much time inside this beautiful home. Marcus has everything we needed and then some. The gym space was perfect for us (especially since we could get outside for extended periods). The parking pad was very nice. We also enjoyed the small notes and labels left around. It was like a scavenger hunt for the kids. On our next visit to Cinci, we will definitely be looking to stay here again. 12/10 would stay here again.

Spectacular house and location

I was lucky to stay at this house in November with several family members, including my four year old daughter. Everyone was blown away by the house; pictures don’t do it justice (and it looks great in pictures!). First of all, the views are outstanding from several large windows and the two wraparound decks. We tried to decide if we preferred the daytime or the nighttime versions and couldn’t decide. Suffice it to say, they are both amazing. The house itself has a very interesting layout: one bedroom per floor which for our group meant private living floors, which felt generous despite no single floor being all that large. I want to particularly compliment the owner’s decoration and design choices, which were unusual in the best ways and just create a space that oozes character and interest in every corner. Marcus, the owner, was particularly warm and generous in his communication — nothing canned— and in the preparation of the house for guests. Plenty of coffee, televisions and entertainment options, linens and everything else needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Family wedding weekend

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Mount Auburn. Plenty of room for three couples and 6 grandkids while in town for our son’s wedding. Property was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Property was very close to everything in the historic OTR area, but in a quiet neighborhood.

The property was one of the best I have seen in being equipped for visitors. There were plenty of towels, washcloths, toilet paper, soap etc. The rooms were equipped with dark curtains, sound machines, phone chargers and detailed instructions. The house is surrounded by green trees, which gives so much privacy and made the balcony our favorite place to visit. The private parking was extremely convenient! It was so nice not to worry about finding a parking spot on the street! We were there for the homeschool conference at Duke Convention Center. The house was a little less than a 10 minute drive from the Convention. We had a great experience!

A perfect modern and homy brick charmer in the middle of it all, yet super quiet and peaceful

This place is an absolute GEM! Driving up, the exterior of the home is a gorgeous and modern brick home overlooking the city atop a hill. There are 3 parking places in the private driveway. Beautiful leaded glass leads the way through the enormous front door to the 2nd of 4 levels of the house. The lowest level is a gym, fully equipped with a Woodway treadmill, TV, cycling area, rower, weights, and resistance bands. The second, third, and 4th floors include bedrooms, baths, and entertaining space. The kitchen on the 3rd floor was fully equipped with anything you could need. There was both a Keurig and nespresso machine, stocked with several coffee options, creamer, and sweetners. The place was clean and had great views (my favorite is the enormous picture window looking out at the big pine tree, especially as the snow fell during our trip). Showers had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The bed in the master (top floor) was super comfortable and even had a white noise machine which we used every night. Only my husband and I stayed here, but it's large enough to fit a big group comfortably. Marcus was responsive and communicative; a great host! Check-in was easy and we had no issues getting in using the keypad on the door. Wifi was good as well, and the huge TV in the living room was perfect for us watching the big game! Proximity to all the restaurants, shops, parks and Breweries downtown is excellent... within a few minutes. Highly, highly recommend. We will be back !

Visited family over Xmas holiday. Great location for highway access and downtown. Hard Rock Casino was also kind this trip :) Property was very well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Property! Would stay there again!

My family and I were in town for a wedding and stayed at this wonderful place. It has an amazing amount of space and is very well appointed. It has 3 on site parking spots so it's really convenient. The house has a bedroom and bath on each of 3 levels from the front door up and an amazing workout room and 1/2 bath on the floor below. It was perfect for us as three generations of our family each had our own floor. and bathroom. The location to downtown was unbeatable and it is really easy to get to and from if you know the city. Cincinnati is a veritable jungle of freeways and you can end up on the bridge to Kentucky before you can even say the word. Since our wedding was on the west side of the city, it was an adventure every time we hit the on ramp. lol Speaking of freeways, the only downside to this property is that is does have freeway noise on the outside decks. But hey, you're in a huge city so what do you expect?! It wasn't a big deal for us and the home is super quiet and very comfortable inside. No one wanted to get up from the couches! Marcus, the owner, is very cool and responsive to every inquiry. He was really great to rent from and we look forward to coming back to his place again.

My name is Marcus, and I'm an anesthesiologist most days, but also have a passion for Cincinnati's incredible buildings and the wonderful quality of living, family, and opportunity in the midwest, which I've shared through a bit of real estate, and even a members only speakeasy (if you book the place, you're welcome to visit)! I've had some fun adventures in addition to my work like travel abroad, and even a couple of stints on reality tv!

This property is the cool marriage of the old brick homes in Cincinnati with modern updates. I love the combination of comfort and antiquity--plus lots of privacy created by different levels--everyone gets their own floor if they want. Finally, we've developed the house over the years, based on living needs, but it has a place for everything: more formal dining/entertaining or business meetings on the entry floor, family dining/cooking/TV time together on the second floor, workspace in the loft, and a great gym space. So much in such a space--and then you get the views off the decks!!

Incredible space on the decks with lovely views or private wooded chats all with wonderful morning light. You get an old-home touch with modern amenities. There is privacy for everyone. And best of all, you're 5-15 minutes for just about everything you need to function (hospitals, groceries, airports, interstates) and 5-15 minutes from fun (OTR, Duke Energy Center, casino, Hyde Park, Oakley, breweries, Covington, Downtown, Bengals and Reds, etc) and even work (University of Cincinnati, Downtown businesses, conference centers).
