This three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse condo located on the top floor, overlooks the beautiful grounds and beautiful Caribbean beach. Inside you find a spacious and bright living area with a tropical flair and exotic mahogany doors and cabinets.

Make yourself at home, have a seat on the cozy sofas in the living room and open up the doors to catch the refreshing sea breeze and enjoy the spectacular view! On hot tropical days the air conditioning and ceiling fans will keep you cool. Whether you want to sit inside and watch a little TV or relax outside on your private balcony after a day of enjoying the pool and the beach, or after returning from one of the great tours the area has to offer, this unit has it.

The full modern kitchen, with granite countertops, mahogany cabinets, and modern stainless-steel appliances will make it fun to prepare a great meal if you decide to skip a day eating out in one of the great restaurants. Boasting everything from a stove, fridge, and dishwasher to a blender, toaster, and microwave, this kitchen has just about everything you might find in your own.
