Welcome to Historic Downtown Flagstaff! This is a 2nd story penthouse apartment with a PRIVATE entrance and one of several fine residences in a historic home - circa 1906 Lindemann House. This is the perfect home base while exploring the area. Modern features compliment the historic charm of this unique property. Pamper yourself here and enjoy restaurants, shopping, art, parks and culture right out your front door. Just a short commute to the Grand Canyon, the Arizona Snowbowl, NAU, Sedona and so much more.

The health and well being of our guests, employees and community are of utmost importance to us. We have enacted new policies as a result of elevated levels of concern surrounding Coronavirus/COVID-19 for everyone's health & safety. We have always had very high standards. From the heart of downtown Flagstaff you will love the view of the new Flagstaff Municipal Court building and the Nativity of Blessed Virgin May Chapel - a prominent historic building and unique regional icon. Enjoy a spacious King size bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom - all with comfy linens, pillows and individual air conditioners. There is a full size kitchen with everything you need for preparing your own gourmet meals - coffee and tea are included for your enjoyment. The bath includes an antique tub and shower so you can renew, refresh and take on the town

Of course there is Wifi and a smart TV with Roku for all of your streaming favorites. If you must work you will have everything you need here.

Convenient and FREE OFF STREET PARKING FOR 1 VEHICLE right out front in our private lot. No need to pay anything additional for downtown parking as you are already there. Additional parking may be available in our lot upon request.

There is one flight of stairs leading to the Penthouse. There is no gate at the top of the stairs. For this reason we do not recommend this for children.

My place is always sparking clean and is a fabulous home base for your amazing travels in Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. Relax, breathe the clean air and experience world-class adventures right out your front door.

Great Christmas Holiday

My parents and I stayed here over Christmas and we loved it! Perfectly cozy and close to downtown. We walked into town several times and loved being here!

Comfortable Place Great Location

This was our first trip to the area. We made Flagstaff our home base for day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The rental was fantastic and comfortable, and the host was immediate in responding to communication. We will be back for a longer time in the future and will book this property again. Highly recommended! Aside from the poor skunk hit by a car in the street next to the rental, everything was great!

Visit to Flagstaff

Great place to stay when in Flagstaff. Very clean, comfortable home, located perfectly in very close proximity to downtown, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped. If in Flagstaff, I will rent again if available.

So close to downtowns.

This was such a nice clean property. Easy parking and a quick walk to downtown. We came for a sons graduation and it was a nice relaxing place to come back together and just hang out. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming home

This is the second time we’ve stayed in one of the four units at this property. The units are charming, well-decorated and well-stocked. Everything about staying here is easy. Check-in is simple. Plenty of lot parking. Comfortable home. Great location right next to historical downtown, but still quiet. If you’re coming to Flagstaff, I recommend any unit at this home.

Quaint cottage on busy street

The host responded quickly to one small issue, the property looked spotless, beds were comfy and plenty of room for 2. Sadly, I didn't realize the cottage was sitting on the main road out of town. It was terribly noisy every weekday from all the traffic. AC units were floor models with hoses going out windows (with gaps), so closing windows didn't help with noise. Also, no washer/dryer. A charming 1930-decor top floor for those who are heavy sleepers.

Wonderful place to stay

Great place to stay to access many areas in northern Arizona. The location is walking distance to historic Flagstaff. The rental was very clean, comfortable, perfect size and with ample parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient to downtown

Well equipped, very clean condo in downtown Flagstaff, close to all amenities, no air conditioner, so it can get very hot. If windows are open lots of noise from cars and trains; difficult to sleep

Clean property great location

Clean property great location big parking lot only issue is the shower curtains are basically touching your body when you shower way too small but besides that no complaints here.

I have found that short term vacation rentals are a much more fun, interesting and exciting way to travel. I especially enjoy having a kitchen, because eating out all the time can get old and is also expensive.
