PROS: -Easy check in/check out-Close to the Beach-Easy parking in front of building.-Clean -Plentiful supplies (dishwasher pacs, dish soap, garbage bags, paper towels, etc.) -Filtered water pitcher in fridge. CONS:-Only sleeps 3. Itâs one bed (sleeps 2) and a small pull out couch (sleeps 1). Listing falsely says it sleeps 4.-No blow dryer. Again, listing falsely lists it as an amenity. -No towel racks. Not even a small one for a hand towel. They provide towels but thereâs nowhere to hang them so it makes it difficult to be water/energy conservative. Did not get a photo of the bathroom. -Washer becomes possessed and starts to jump around on the rinse cycle. We wanted to reuse towels to conserve water but with no towel racks, there was confusion as to whose towel was whose, etc. So we tried to wash a loadâŠand discovered the washer was crazy. I took a video but I canât upload it. -They left a small bottle of laundry detergent (which is a nice touch), however they also left bleach in an old Gatorade bottle next to it. I have a 12 yr old who knows not to touch things or explore. But, if you have small children that may get into everything, that is a problem. Photo attached. -Every pot/pan has a non stick coating that is scratched to hell making them unusable. Tried to get a few photos which are attached. The apartment has pretty thin walls. You can hear the train blaring its horn at all hours. But, the 12 unit building itself is very quiet.
