2 king bedrooms and 2 Bath inside house with additional attached, private in law suite with its own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and separate private entrance.(Cannot enter house from the in law suite, need to go around to front door) Fenced in backyard with heated pool & poolside cabana bedroom(Cabana is just A/C bedroom, no bathroom) Sun room facing the pool! Living room, dining room. Bedrooms have smart tv’s with live tv from Hulu. New washer/dryer! Enjoy!

Beautiful clean beach vibes bungalow

We had an excellent stay. Perfect house for 2 or even 3 families staying together to have your own sleeping privacy. Patrick was wonder and communicated with us and checked up via the app to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Naples!

Perfect Stay

I was staying with my two sisters. We really enjoyed the property. It is neat and clean. Patrick is an amazing host. He is just a quick test away. He answered quickly and made our stay most pleasurable. We would definitely stay again.

Just completed our stay in this fantastic house. Everything about this house and the area made for a totally enjoyable holiday. The pool and outside area are great. Our host Patrick was contactable at all times and kept in touch. I look forward to returning again in the future.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and the location was very close to the places we wanted to visit. It was not an issue for us but the home's layout could be challenging, depending on the dynamics of the group. Access to the pool requires passing through either one of the bedrooms in the house.

Location of property is approximately 1 mile from Vanderbilt Beach. Easy to walk or drive to. Owner Patrick was awesome to work with. Very responsive to all questions or needs. The backyard pool paid for itself with my grandchildren. Wonderful stay.

House review

We stayed here with the family over Xmas. Home was comfortable and a little funky. 2 of the bedrooms are separate from the main home but we made them work without any trouble. Close to beaches but while we were there they were still closed due to Ian. The manager Patrick was very easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way. This is not always the case with owners or property managers. Also very open to suggestions for improvements

Clean & Easy

The home is clean, tight, and in shipshape. To access the main house from the 'in-law' suite (3rd bedroom), you have to go outside and through either the front or the porch door. Utilities new; driveway spacious; beds comfortable; pool, BBQ, Cabana all delightful.

Located in Naples park and less than a mile to the beach. The rooms were beyond comfortable.

I hated to leave this wonderful property. It honestly became my home. The house included everything you would need to cook, clean. Enjoy the area and the pool. Loved getting into the heated pool during the day and night. The pool house was a great addition. I also didn't find the inlaw suite, lol. Patrick has been a wonderful host as well. If we needed ANYTHING then he was there. We were here during hurricane ian and the house held us wonderfully. I can't recommend this house enough!!!

Pretty face but?

The kitchen needs a face lift. The dishes need replacing. The cooking pots and pans are in need of additional pots. The kitchen sink should be replaced The gas grill is rusted out. The yard is all mulch and cigarette butts. The bike chains are rusted. The kitchen floor had food on it when we arrived. We went to thrift store and spent over $100 on essentials like serving bowls ,large pots,cookie sheet, cake pan ,wine glasses and water glasses The back area left a lot to be desired no grass, rusted table and chairs ,dirty rusted out gas. grill. There was an exterior bedroom that had a bad odor. We did not use. There was no hand rail to enter the pool. The last mess was the in law apartment. It was a disgrace. Bed difficult to get in due to narrow space. Empty cabinets. The bathroom is best described as a bad days work from a terrible not so handy of a make believe worker. Master bedroom bath was very small very small I repeat. There was no dresser so clothes had to stay in suitcases.

Our stay was awesome. The house had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. The pool was great. We enjoyed the bikes. The place is close to the beaches. Patrick was awesome. We will be back.

Our kids loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. The bikes were a huge hit. The host was very responsive to the one problem we had and came up with a quick solution

Perfect staycation!

We (my husband and our dog) had a wonderful long weekend relaxing and lounging by the pool! While the property offered more rooms/beds than we needed we loved the private setting. Patrick was beyond helpful and accommodating during our booking process and into our stay. Would absolutely plan another trip to this property :)

Great Home for Relaxing Weekend

We were in Naples for a wedding the week of our stay. We found this property to be a perfect fit for our group of friends. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool as well as convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Wedding

The property was comfortable and accommodated my immediate family for a small family wedding nearby. Owner checked in regularly which was appreciated. Good location close to everything. Pool was kept up and checked on twice during the week. Overall we had a very nice visit.

Great property, lots of sleeping options and amazing amenities!

I can’t say enough about this place. Two separate sleeping areas in addition to the main house. The owner is amazing, always on top of communication and has more amenities and helpful items from toiletries to laundry to kitchen supplies than I have ever seen in a VRBO property. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and only wish the property had been available longer. My kids entertained themselves for hours between the lanai area (with a tiki bar and relaxing swing) and the pool. The place is close to nice beaches (especially the state park) and we enjoyed riding the bikes around the cute beach town vibe neighborhood. It is also close to the a great dive bar (if you’re into that sort of thing) the North Naples Country Club where the food, drinks and people were pretty darn good and fun. And for some quick Mexican food in a pinch, Maria’s Taco’s y Mas was great! Above all, Patrick does a great job with this property and is there to make sure your stay is great!!
