*As with all hotel guests, there is a $40 daily resort fee that you will pay directly to the hotel upon check in. The resort fee includes the following; free valet, wifi, hotel shuttle, gym access, free daily exercise classes, daily morning coffee and newspaper in the lobby, free ski valet and nightly s'mores by the pool fire pit.
*There is a Daily $35.00 Parking Fee that you will pay to the front desk upon Check-In
**In addition to your departure cleaning fee a $55 per day cleaning fee will be assessed to your reservation booked with us and will appear as a Resort Fee line item .

***Please note that booking this property will require that you complete an ID Verification form that must be submitted to the resort no later than 48 hours before your check-in. The resort will not honor your booking without this completed ID Verification on file.

House Rules:
~ ID must be provided 72 hours before check-in in order to secure the reservation. No Exceptions
~ Check-in time is 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Minimum age is 25
~ Early check-in or late check-out is not allowed during the months of December through March
~ All reservations must sign a management lease agreement prior to check-in.
~ Pets allowed with approval and $250 pet fee
