POWDERIDGE #64- 2 BEDROOM, 2.5 BATHS TOWNHOUSE -
Right off the Camp 4 trail and Powderidge lift, this ski-in/ski-out (bike-in/bike-out) two-level condo is perfect for your next adventure at Snowshoe Mountain Resort. It features a full furniture refresh and a half bath remodel, along with new lower-level flooring that was completed in late 2024. This two-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse sleeps 8, making it ideal for families. The master bedroom includes a king bed, a mounted 55" smart TV, and a jetted tub in the master bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a set of bunk beds, equipped with a mounted smart TV, and adjacent to a full hall bath. The entryway serves as a mud/ski/board/bike room and includes 8 Gravity Grabbers for seamless ski and board equipment storage. The full kitchen boasts granite countertops, a stacked washer and dryer, bar seating, and a large dining table. The living room, which has a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), also features a large sleeper sofa, a leather recliner, and a 58" smart TV, and is conveniently located next to the half bath. Enjoy mountain and slope views from the spacious top-level deck. For bikers, a bike washing station is just steps away from the unit. Short walks can be taken on the beautiful lighted walking path to top-rated eateries such as Taqueria El Jaliscience, Tuques Bar and Grill, and Appalachia Kitchen. Shuttle service from the Powderidge complex provides easy access to Silver Creek's night skiing, fine dining at Top of the World, or Snowshoe Village, where you'll find a variety of additional dining, shopping, concerts, services, and entertainment offerings (including Ski School, Mountain Adventure Center, Split Rock Pool, and more).

Great location

Great ski in and ski out location. We had 6 adults, it was a little tight but the place was great for the price compared to others.

Everything was as advertised. Had to walk a little more than planned to get to the slopes. But that’s because of lack of snow.

Nice property very comfortable for 5 people.

The stay was great we did have a little trouble with the upstairs guest bedroom window not working properly. The door lock was ify at times and the water mark in the ceiling definitely needs attention. But overall it was a comfortable location.

The cleaners did a really nice job. I would agree with others. It needs new sheets and duvets. They are too thin and old. It would be nice if they refreshed on the bathrooms and fans. Great location and resource. Nice size.

Good location but old unit

This place is very convenient to slopes which is a huge plus. On the downside, the unit does not appear to have been touched in 30 years. Everything from furniture to bathrooms to ceiling fan likely stem from the 80's or 90's. While generally clean, it just feels old. The worst part of the rental was that while our checkin was 4 pm, we arrived at close to 6pm to find the cleaning crew still cleaning the unit. The management company afforded is a small discount for this trouble but the cleaning was done in such haste that they failed to find and clean the dresser drawers in the master room which were filled with clothes from the prior renter.

Was a perfect place for us to enjoy snowshoe, would maybe suggest only 4 adults as anymore is a bit crowded.

Spring skiing fun

We had a great time with this property. It was well stocked and very close to the slopes. It could use a little organization with the pots and pans. Was a little bit drafty by the fireplace even with the flue closed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location.

Overall a positive rental experience. Easy check-in/check-out. Great location for in and out skiing. Did notify property management company on a few concerns. Fireplace was unable to be used and carpet starting to fold in living room.

Great location, mediocre condo

The condo location was great, however the condo is very dated and not exactly well stocked. There was very little kitchen space, so do not plan to have more than one cook in the kitchen. Absolutely no storage area for the groceries and no storage containers for left overs. There were little to no cleaning supplies to wipe counters down with. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we arrived, so we had to unload and put away the last renters dishes. There was a glass pane missing from the fireplace, so smoldering wood constantly set off the fire alarm. I think supplying fire started and a lighter would be a nice addition as the fire starter was difficult to locate. The wood was extremely green. Not worth the effort to build a fire. Our family of four could sit comfortably on the couch and love seat, but it would be crowded with any additional guests. Parking was very convenient.

Excellent getaway

Our family, with teenagers, really enjoyed our stay at Powderidge. The proximity to the slopes was ideal - right outside the front door. Booking and management were really easy and accommodating to our requests. The snow certainly helped a lot! Would stay here again!

Great time in this condo!

Check-in was confusing as we received conflicting instructions. Once inside the property, we were very pleased with everything. Well stocked kitchen and clean. Just as described on VRBO. It is about 5-minute walk to the top of the ski lift. There is a ski trail directly behind the property but it was closed when we visited. Perfect condo for my family's ski week.
