Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath home, located in the heart of Bentonville near downtown, The Momentary, Crystal Bridges and the future Walmart Home office, while still providing direct access to I-49. Now offering free EV charging in the garage! Our house is family friendly with a safe fenced in backyard for kids to play in.

About the home:
Stunning leathered quartz countertops supply tons of cooking and hang out space for everyone. The open concept in the main living areas invites you to relax and enjoy your time together. Don't forget the oversized laundry room, with Samsung washer and dryer, allowing you to make the most of your stay.

Moving onto the bedrooms, our Master bedroom has a king size bed with an adjoining bathroom featuring a walk-in shower you won't want to leave. The first bedroom on the right offers two twin size beds, and we have stocked the bookshelf with loads of games, toys, and books for the whole family to enjoy. Our second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, beautiful dresser and end tables.

In the living room, the darker grey couch folds out into a queen bed if you've brought the whole family. A 65" smart TV allows you to connect to your favorite streaming service and videos. We do provide Sling TV as a way for you to stay current with your news and shows. The backyard can become your away from home oasis, featuring a firepit with rustic seating, patio table and chairs for relaxing, a seasonal strawberry patch, herb garden, and don't forget the stringing lights to create the perfect ambience for smores with the kids (we provide everything but the kids)!

If mountain or road cycling is your thing, we now offer bike parking in the garage, a bike tree stand, and a complete bike tool kit, so you can work on your bike with ease during your stay with us. There is a water pump just outside the garage for easy cleaning as needed for your convenience.

Bentonville is awesome!

We spent a 3 day weekend in the Bentonville area. The 1206 home was centrally located to everything! The home was so comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Bentonville has so much to offer! We will be back!

Great stay, super convenient to Bentonville. Super fenced yard for our small dog to play and exercise. Would stay here again.

The house was clean and on point for our needs, we did have one little hiccup with some plumbing and that was attended to almost immediately. Our communication with the owners couldn’t have been more pleasant. We will absolutely be back! 😊

Perfect House for Getaway

We stayed for a couple nights to explore Bentonville as a last-minute trip. I’m so glad we found this property! There was plenty of room for 3 people and it was very comfortable. Great location and central to restaurants and attractions too. Awesome value!

A perfect shelter for FORMATfest

The VRBO was perfect for resting between adventures! The door code checkin, calm setting, dark rooms, and comfy sheets kept us rested and replenished for music festival romps. I found the in-garage repair stands and tools to be very impressive!

Good Value In Bentonville

Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. Happy overall for the price we paid in what has become an expensive town to own property in. There were a few things in the rental that looked to need attention but overall they did not blemish our stay.

Perfect Family Home

This house suited our family of 4 (8 and 4 year old) perfectly. Plenty of room for the kids to roam inside, not to mention the enormous back yard for outdoor play. The games and books were added surprises as were the near blackout shades in the kids rooms! The location is fantastic for getting to all parts of NWA.

Great property in Bentonville

Rachel was awesome because communication went really well. She went above and beyond by being flexible with our check in time because we were driving down from MN. The rooms are well taken care of and it was very comfortable. Never had an issue. Will definitely book again if we're in the area.

Great House

We came from Texas to visit family. This house is remodeled nicely and very clean. We could tell a lot of time and thought was put into it. You can get to so many activities and locations from this house. There was a lot of information in the home and the hostess was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely book again in the future!

Perfect, super clean, amazing location home

This is a house that feels like a home! It was an absolute joy to stay in during a several day mountain biking trip to NW Arkansas. And when we came back in the evenings, this place welcomed us with open arms. Comfortable, updated interior with plenty of space to make yourself at home. Fast efficient check in. A guidebook with highly curated recommendations on places to eat, drink and things to see. Close to downtown. Additionally, some of the most gracious hosts I’ve ever interacted with. We will be back!

First family trip to Bentonville was awesome!

Our family of 5 stayed for 4 days but wish we could have stayed longer. Rachel was an excellent hostess. We had an Easter basket on the counter upon our arrival, which was quickly consumed by our kiddos. The house was stocked with everything we needed included supplies and wood for s’mores. The beds and bedding were super soft and comfy. Netflix was a big hit for our fam too. The house was newly updated and very clean. We were able to hop on the bike trail a block from the house and be at Slaughterpen within 15 minutes. There is a flow track(Mama Bear green trail) 7-8 min from the house. The garage was super convenient for storing bikes. We were also able to bike/walk to Dunkin’ Donuts and Kennedy coffee only a couple blocks away. Thanks Rachel for making our first trip to Bentonville a success! We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Family Weekend!!!

We had a wonderful getaway to Bentonville this weekend. This house could not have been more perfect for my family of 5! My kids are 9, 7, & 6 years old. The backyard was HUGE and a perfect place for them to play. Rachel responded extremely fast to everything I sent her prior to our trip. We were surprising my husband for his 40th birthday and she even put up 2 birthday banners for me and gave me some restaurant recommendations. The notebook she provides for her guests covers EVERYTHING, including some menus for some of her favorite restaurants that she recommends. Toys are provided for the kids. The beds are comfortable. Big tv with access to Netflix was a big hit for our family movie night one evening! We will be back. Great location to everything Bentonville has to offer, we even went over to Fayetteville to campus too! Can’t say enough good things
