Dogs are welcome, up to 2 MAX. A pet fee of $60.00 per pet per stay is required and requested prior to arrival. Please inform us of dog breed(s). No vicious breeds. Cats are okay.

*Hot tub company comes every other week to ensure the hot tub is maintained, tested and cleaned.

*Yard crew comes every other week to ensure the yard is cut and maintained.

*Pest control company comes once a month to spray the perimeter of the home to keep pests out.

*Renter agrees to use the bunk bed at his/her own risk and holds the homeowner harmless for any damage and/or injury caused by Renters said use of a bunk bed.
*Renter agrees to use of the home and hot tub at his/her own risk and to hold the homeowner harmless of any injuries and/or death.
