Beautiful apartment recently renovated, the apartment is located in on a second floor for the building that has access by stair, is decorated in a modern style, lovely balcony that has a beautiful balcony, is located 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Isla verde beaches and 15 minutes from old San Juan. Self check -in with the lockbox Check in 4:00pm- check out 11am, Come to visit what are you wait.

The apartment was just right for what we needed. It’s close to the airport so you can hear the planes taking off but it didn’t bother us since we were gone most of the time. Grace, the host, was very quick and responsive to any questions. Enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was nice, clean, with beautiful floors. The bed has a major dip in it as well as the sofa. I was disappointed with A/C only keeping bedroom cool . The bathroom was extremely hot asonly keeping the bedroom

Cozy, Clean and Charming

Close to Airport, markets and local restaurants this was a great home away from home. Grace was amazing in communication and allowed us to check in early when plans for changes. Very gracious hostess! Definitely recommend

We loved the the apartment. It was clean, nice, and comfortable. Our only complaints were the bed being a little wobbly and some questionable sites on the TV’s history. I would definitely stay there again because it’s close to the beach and the airport.

Good location and accurate listing

Room is clean and had everything we need. Close to or a few minutes drive to almost everything around San Juan. Really close (about 10 mins) to the aiport which was exactly what were looking for. Planes can be heard from the room due to this, but it never really bothered us and did not wake us up at night. Getting into the location was a little tricky at first due to narrow roads, but we easily got used to it and we're glad that we always have a space to park the car in front of the house.

Awesome/ modern /comfortable/peaceful

Our last stop of 5 before heading back to the states. By far this place is Awesome. Parking, peaceful and minutes away from beautiful beaches and restaurants. The host Grace was amazing. This is a must stay place. Everything was great and comfortable. Bed, pillows, blankets. The only negative I have of this place is that I don’t own it with Grace.

Grace was an excellent host! She was very helpful with local restaurants and how to find the place.

We had a comfortable night with excellent sheets and bed. The place is decorated beautifully modern with everything new and pleasant looking. The airport was only 5 minutes away and easy to get right on the highway! We will definitely return!

Clean and Modern

Loved having the deck/balcony. This place was super cute!!! Exactly like the photos. Perfect for a couple or individual to stay. We were so glad to have somewhere close to the airport. The property is so secure... the apartments are deep inside the property. Locked gates just to get in. Felt very safe.

Clean and cozy

There was an AC unit in the bedroom which kept us cool. A cute porch with a passion Star fruit tree outside. Quiet. Close to the airport. Would stay again.

Very clean and modern

Extremely clean and modern unit!! Decided to book this place after seeing the airport hotel was more costly and had many poor reviews for cleanliness. Easy self check in process as I arrived late at night. Less than 5 minutes from the airport. It was the perfect place to spend the night after a late arriving flight before continuing to my resort the next morning

Great place, okay location

The apartment itself was great! Very clean and well kept. The location was close to the airport which was great, but the neighborhood was just okay. Great place to stay if you need to be close to the airport! Grace was a great host and responsive to our needs.

Let me first say Grace has been so lovely and helpful. The property was even more than we had hoped for. Super clean and very comfortable. Modern but with a comfortable home like feel. We also felt very safe and secure. We would definitely recommend!
