4 Seater Golf Cart Included!

4 Bedroom Home with 3 Full Baths. Sleeps 8-10. We allow 10 guests max. Large open family area on the main floor. Enjoy family meals and play games and build puzzles together. Retire to the screened in porch for a nightcap or sweet tea and watch the golfers or the local wildlife.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Local seafood is close by and always available. Kitchen Renovation completed March 2023!

Main floor master with king size bed and full bath.
3 Bedrooms 2 full baths and laundry located on the second floor. A King size bed room and bunk beds (2 sets for a total of 4 beds) room share a bathroom. The 2nd floor master has a king bed and balcony. Three of the bedrooms offer a private balcony.

There is a TV in each bedroom with streaming capabilities
The whole house is Wi-Fi with broadband internet.

For golfers, both the Davis Love designed Ocean Creek course and the Ocean Point course underwent major renovations in 2024. Our property is located on the 17th fairway of the Ocean Creek Golf Course.

There is a garage and parking for 3 vehicles max. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and boogie boards for you to enjoy your days at the beach.

The beach is a 5 minute stroll or a 34 second golf cart ride. The marina and Bonito Boat House Restaraunt are in close proximity as well. There are 7 pools on the island with restaurants and and quick mart shops for things you may need during your stay. There are groceries available on the island and major grocers a short drive off the island to get supplies for your stay.

Kiddos can enjoy one of the two playgrounds with climbing toys, basketball, volleyball and more.

The whole family will enjoy bike rides around the island; there is plenty of wildlife to see!
We have 2 bicycles for you to use.

You can rent kayaks, boats, jet skis, bikes, and additional golf carts through the island rental company "Island Excursions"

Club Guest Cards are available for purchase. Memorial Day through Labor Day cards cost $55 a week. The remainder of the year cards are $39 a week. Cards are required for those over the age of 12. With Club Guest Cards, you can: dine in the on-island restaurants and bars, play golf, tennis or pickleball, utliize the resort pools, enroll the kids at Camp Fripp and rent kayaks, boats, etc. on the island.

Loved Bonito Boathouse!

Wonderful house! We had 7 adults and a 3yr old. Throughly enjoyed our stay. House is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Loved the screened porch with the swing !

Perfect place to stay on Fripp

Beautiful, comfortable home in a great location. Newer furniture, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, golf course view, minutes to the beach by walking, bikes (included), or golf cart (rental). Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Weekend getaway

My boyfriend and our three kids stayed for the weekend and we had a blast! The neighborhood was so beautiful and the house was more than accommodating ! The property owners were very easy to get into contact with and very helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place for Family Vacation

We have stayed at Bluegrass Beach House several times. The house is perfect for the 9 of us (6 adults and 3 children) and we have plenty of space with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The house always is clean and well-stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and beach chairs. It is in a perfect location which is central to the marina, beach and pickleball courts. Amanda and her family are very accomodating and respond quickly to any question.

This vacation home has so many amenities!!!

We have throughly enjoyed our stay at Bluegrass!! The owners have gone above and beyond in what they supply for a wonderful family time- games, bikes, beach chairs and towels, awesome stocked kitchen, such comfortable beds, and more! We have stayed on fripp many summers, and this house is the best yet!!! Also, the owners are very easy to work with and responsive!!! Loved every minute of our visit!!!

Wonderful Fripp home

We loved the Bluegrass Beach house! Perfect location, super well-stocked kitchen... comfortable beds, etc. The open layout of the kitchen/ living area accommodated our family of 10 very comfortably! There were well-thought-out details throughout the house. We were very impressed!

Beautiful and relaxing stay

Location of the property was perfect though a little busy on a main road (quiet at night though). Beautifully decorated and loved all of the king beds. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and my chef husband brought items from home but never needed them. The host was easy to communicate with and quickly answered our questions.

Beautiful home!

We had 10 adults plus one infant staying in this beautiful home! We had everything we needed except for a high chair for our granddaughter, but we brought a travel one so big deal! We were all very comfortable!! LOADS of seating in the living room, bunk beds were very sturdy for the 4 adults sleeping in them! I would definitely stay here again.

Home Away From Home

The Bluegrass Beach House is like a home away from home. This is our second stay, and we were as delighted with this stay as we were with the first. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs and the home layout caters to multiple activities whether enjoying the relaxing screened back porch, watching TV in the living room or working a puzzle at the dining table. If you're looking for a homey beach getaway walking distance to the beach and the marina then this is your place.

We have stayed in several homes over the past 15+ years. This home ranks right at the top! Every special, thought out detail of this beautiful home made our stay perfect! Wondering time!

We loved our time here. So many extra were included in the rental. Beds were great, lots of extra towels. A northeaster blew about the whole time so we spent a lot of time doing puzzles and just enjoying family time. The great room accommodated 10 people well with lots of seating. We will be back!

Fabulous!

This beautiful home was in the perfect location, comfortable, fully stocked and not to mention had plenty of room that allowed us all to spread out. Did I mention the wildlife (deers) feeding all around the property? Our hosts thought of everything and were always quick to respond to our questions. Beautiful Home - great location

We had a great Fripp Island family vacation! The Bluegrass Beach House was the perfect space for us. Especially love the main floor layout. The main floor master was perfect for my parents and the 2nd floor laundry worked well for the rest of us. Enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, gas grill, super comfortable beds, beach chairs & bicycles. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your coastal peace of heaven! :)

Beautiful Fripp Home

Bluegrass Beach House was wonderful! Beautifully furnished, three KING beds were amazing. The attached bunk room worked out perfectly for our two little ones. We had everything we needed and more. Beach chairs were new and a big help since several of us flew in and couldn't bring them on the plane. Also, appreciated the Gift Basket!! Highly recommend this home on Fripp Island. Thank you Goodwin family.

Perfect beach house

This was our first time on Fripp and it was incredible. By far the best beach we’ve stayed at in the Georgia/Carolinas area. The house had everything you could need and was the perfect setup for a family beach trip. The beds were super comfortable and everything felt very clean and well maintained. My wife even said “this is the first time I’ve felt completely comfortable in a rental house” If you stay here, you should really walk out the backyard to the golf course to watch the sunset. You also really need to rent a golf cart to enjoy all that fripp has to offer and the property manager sent the contact for a place about 1 minute away. We are already trying to find another week to come back here.

Great Location, comfortable house

Great location, centrally located between beach and pools. Comfortably furnished inside, and best stocked kitchen of any beach house we’ve stayed at in 10 years. Negatives: Prior to arrival I got a personal email from the owner detailing all of the house rules and including “clauses” named after prior guests, who had supposedly damaged the property in some way. It gave the strong impression that the owner did NOT want renters, and generalized all upcoming renters as people ready to ruin her house. As a family that travels frequently, and to Fripp twice a year for the last 10 years, and always uses platforms like this to travel, her email was the first of its kind, and left us feeling extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable before we even arrived. Upon arrival the house wasn’t very clean. Dead bugs in all the bedrooms, minor food splatter on cabinets, and overall some of the walls, floors, and furniture seemed worn. I felt like I had to wipe down the kitchen and vacuum before we could unload. After a quick cleanup, the house was comfortable and the location was great. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend.
