A dream location for a magical spot to relax and chill….Imagine walking in to a brand new maintenance free luxury 2 bedroom villa, with a stairway entry descending into a deep clean fresh water swimming pool outside your kitchen window with adjacent connectivity to bedroom that also walks straight on to the concrete deck with outdoor table chairs and sun loungers ready to start your holidays. The view outside captures the Lefka Ora White Mountains to the south while the north facing areas has vistas of lush olive groves. Add to this is the sound of native birdsong that's it. Exceptionally quiet and away from tourists.The air conditioned rooms return you from the normal 32C outside to a 22.5C inside. Ideal to relax on the 2 person sofa and leather massage chair while or catch ups on the internet or watch from the wide screen QLED channels from around the world by VPN inclusion in an internet equipped office area (and desk!) in the main room. You can also dine at the wall island bench table for breakfast and meals, while the Grundig state of the art fridge gets your drinks to the right temperature.The villa is extremely quiet and thermally efficient and the twin head shower area/toilet in sophisticated dark grey marble gives it that nice touching privacy when you need time to do your stuff perhaps and not share with others - er if you know what I mean. Locked access to the bathroom has benefits! Not to say that you can't open the bathroom window to an olive grove valley with complete privacy Finish off that book that you never had time to read or sit back and listen to music and read a magazine. If you are out of any supplies it is only a 2 minute drive away to some shops for food or 5 minutes away to Vamos to totally fulfil you needs for your stay. Have an Alpha beer at the taverna to gather your thoughts before or after shopping. Head home and plan your daily adventures from such a handy location with ChatGPT asking what can you do on a certain day if you want to get back by a certain time. Perfect.! Forgot to mention- for that homely touch we have a kiwi inspired tartan rug to make you feel at home! "We drams" over to you to supply though!:) Honestly, you won't find any better offer for a quality stay than this so be one of the first. My wife and I would be living there if we could be we are NZers living in Melbourne with a yellow lab called Bounce and run our company from here. We cannot leave our dog longer than 1 month- not fair to her- but our loss is to our renters gain. We left the place immaculate and expect guests to do the same. I must add that having an easy to step down and into a deep swimming pool is fabulous and so so relaxing. Black star lit nights are wonderful too as are sunrises and sunsets. Once you have parked your car- be it out the front or the side of the Villa next to olive tree seedlings, you make your way via your own key through the front door and straight into the kitchen. Turn on the 65” TV as you do and select your favourite channels from the VPN connected server.
