Bright & Spacious Chalet on Lake Huron - Private

Summary:
Sunflower Shores has been completely renovated inside and out. We are in one of the most desirable areas in Oliphant, Ontario located within the South Bruce Peninsula with the lake at your door step. This property is Austrian inspired featuring large bright windows, a wrap around porch with patio lights, and a path out front with direct access to the water.

The Space:
Our chalet is all new and reflects an Austrian vibe. Our kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances including microwave and dishwasher. It also has a huge table for family dinners, a flat-screen 4k Tv for movie nights with an open-concept living and game area. Our chalet has a massive patio overlooking the amazing views of the lake. We have 3 bedrooms: the master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, television, and ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom also has a queen bed along with 2 double bunk beds; the third bedroom (queen) features a gorgeous walk-out to the back porch of this stunning home. We can accommodate 8 guests very comfortably. All the mattresses are super comfy! our most loved cottage!

***We are on well water. The water is regularly and it is safe to drink. If well water bothers you then its ideal for you get extra drinking water.

The Neighborhood:
Oliphant is a special place and when you visit you will not want to leave. We are situated on Lake Huron. The marina is just a short walk from the cottage. We are 10 minutes to Sauble Beach and 15 minutes to Wiarton where you can do groceries and shopping. Oliphant beach has long been a great family destination. It's long shoreline and shallow waters make it an excellent place to kite board! Whether you are into extreme sports or relaxing on a pool mattress, beverage in hand; you will find this beach satisfies every need. Park at the pier, walk to the water, and enjoy!

House Guidelines:
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit or near exits.
- Kindly show consideration for your neighbors by maintaining reasonable noise levels.
- Parties are not permitted. You will be fined by Bylaws
- Replacement fees will apply for any missing or damaged amenities, utilities, or equipment.
- Towels, sheets, pillows, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay. Please refrain from taking them. Missing items will incur fees. - Always close the garage door after garbage disposal to avoid additional cleaning fees - If you are accompanied by pets, please pick up after them.
- Parking: only 2-3 cars maximum (winter only 2). Please ensure you are only parked on the asphalt and not the grass. The lawn on the right belongs to the neighbors and we must respect their property.
- We welcome furry friends for a pet fee, as it helps cover the extra 1-2 hour long cleaning /labor after checkout.
- Please note we are on well water and rural septic system. DO NOT flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper it will clog and you will be charged.
- Exercise caution when venturing into the woods or the water
Note: We have landscaping contractors who will be at the property weekly.
