The Space:

Las Palmas Villa 13 embodies Punta Mita’s outdoor lifestyle. This beautifully designed single-level villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, blending elegance with comfort throughout.



The spacious living and dining area opens onto a large, partially covered terrace with outdoor dining, a Viking BBQ grill, private plunge pool, and jacuzzi. The garden seamlessly connects to the Jack Nicklaus Signature Pacifico Golf Course, offering stunning views including the iconic “Tail of the Whale” island green in the Pacific Ocean.



The Residents’ Beach Club, exclusively accessible to Punta Mita members and guests, is just a 5-minute walk away.



Bedroom Layout:

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom, private terrace and garden, walk-in closet, large bathtub, and a second terrace with an outdoor shower for a tropical bathing experience.

Bedroom 2: King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, walk-in closet, direct access to the main terrace and garden.

* For all Holiday requests, please contact our team. Many properties will accept a minimum of 7-nights but we prefer 14 nights if the dates overlap Christmas or New Year's week.



Guest Access:

As a guest of Villa Cazadores, you will enjoy a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to a carefully curated selection of exclusive amenities within the community. Use of these amenities is subject to a fee, which applies throughout your stay.



Key benefits include access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, each located along beautiful beachfront settings and offering full restaurant service, available to vacation rental guests.



Additionally, the membership includes access to two world-class golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, both designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as the Tennis and Fitness Centers and over four miles of scenic trails, perfect for walking or jogging throughout Punta Mita.



Punta Mita Beach Club Fee

Effective January 6, 2026

A one-time, per-person, per-stay access fee applies to all vacation rental guests and must be paid prior to arrival.

Adults & Teens (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Under 5: No charge



This fee provides access (subject to availability) to Club Punta Mita beach clubs and amenities. Additional facilities such as golf, racquet sports, ocean activities, and the gym incur extra charges.



The Neighborhood:

Located inside the private, gated community of Punta Mita—one of Mexico’s most exclusive destinations. Surrounded by lush landscaping, oceanfront areas, and world-class amenities, the neighborhood offers a peaceful and secure environment with easy access to beach clubs, golf courses, dining, and ocean activities.



Within a short golf-cart ride, guests can enjoy Kupuri Beach Club, Surf Club, Sufi Ocean Club, Pacifico Beach Club, and the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses. The nearby village of Punta de Mita offers additional restaurants, boutique shops, local markets, boat tours, and surfing beaches.

Getting Around:

The villa is located just 40 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, providing easy and convenient access for arrivals and departures.

Within the Punta Mita community, the most practical way to get around is by golf cart, allowing guests to reach beach clubs, golf courses, restaurants, and common areas in just minutes.

The location also offers close access to nearby towns such as Sayulita, San Pancho, and the village of Punta de Mita, where guests can enjoy beaches, dining, shops, local markets, and outdoor activities.

- Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out.

- Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity.

- Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property.

- Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas.

- After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level.

- Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.

- Eating is not allowed in the pool.

- Do not put food in the bedrooms.

- No shoes on sofas.
