You are staying in an apartment, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the space with respect. If any issues arise, we will address them as quickly as possible.

* 15 to 30 nights: $300 USD refundable electricity deposit
* Over 30 nights: Deposit calculated proportionally.
The electricity meter is read at check-in and check-out, and any unused amount will be fully refunded.
