Electricity: Included for normal use. Only exceptional consumption is billed at cost after checkout — we read the meter at check-in and check-out. Stays over 28 nights use a refundable electricity deposit, settled against actual use.

Common areas have an additional per-person fee, paid via wristband purchase at the lobby:
• Mon–Thu: RD$200 per person
• Fri–Sun: RD$500 per person
• Holidays: RD$550 per person
